Revealing mistake: In the first 15 minutes of the movie, when Megan is in school and about to open her locker, she turns the lock even though you can see that the locker was already open.
Revealing mistake: In the beginning of the movie, when Jakob is chasing the newspaper, there are several times you can see the string they use to drag it.
Revealing mistake: At the beginning of the film (in the short story about the man who jumps off a building and is shot and killed on the way down), the bullet is supposed to have killed him instantly, but the actor still puts his hands in front of his face very quickly when he hits the window cleaner's net a few floors down.
Revealing mistake: Tuptim's, the king's new concubine's hair is a very obvious wig. The reason may be that for the second half of the film she had to shave her head and the scenes weren't shot in order. (00:32:00)
Revealing mistake: When Louie is driving from the mansion, at several times it is obvious that he is not really driving the car. When the car is going straight ahead, he often turns the wheel, and vice versa. This is most obvious just after Vinnie has died, and Louie is asking "Vin? Hey, Vin, you with me over there?". The car is then going through a 90 degree bend in the road, but Louie does not move the steering wheel at all.
Revealing mistake: After the abortion Rebecca walks back on a sunny sidewalk. When she waits at a pedestrian crossing she and the signal post next to her cast shadows in totally different directions. (00:43:00)
Revealing mistake: Garriss compliments Marie on her new hair dye, but she is obviously wearing a blonde wig. (01:20:30)
Revealing mistake: There is a flipped shot of the Sharks' sidelines, showing all of the jersey numbers inverted.
Revealing mistake: When Lucille sees her children through the prison window the bars must have been copied in later. In slow motion you see that they are transparent. (01:20:50)
Revealing mistake: When Ashley Judd slams Tommy Lee Jones' car and tips it over, she drives off and skids dramatically to a stop. Just before she skids, you can see several skid marks on the ground from practice or previous takes.
Revealing mistake: In the game where Moxon has the 40-yard Scramble (against the Broncos) Tweeder seems to teleport around the field. He starts out on the far side (waving his hands), then has a block on the far side (as witnessed by the close yard marker), the scene cuts and he's on the near side of the field blocking (Moxon runs behind him), then he's on the far side (as Moxon gets up from diving Tweeder is behind him). Some fancy editing going on there.
Revealing mistake: Jude Law is inside the game and he's supposed to be American. When he finds out that his bio-port has been infected he says his next line in his normal British accent. (01:20:10)
Revealing mistake: When Machine slits Max's throat no blood comes out of the wound. (01:21:55)
Revealing mistake: At the end of the film, the screw is tapping on the window to get out and Hogarth moves to put the box down. The box completely vanishes from the shot for a few frames towards the end of the shot.
Revealing mistake: When Homer is sitting outside (on a dock?) reading a letter from Dr. Larch you can see through the envelope and the letter because the white paper is thin. You can tell there are writings on the letter but it is equally obvious that the envelope is blank with no address written on it.
Revealing mistake: At one scene at Yankee Stadium when the crowd is panned, someone in the background is wearing a Jeter # 2 jersey. The #2 is reversed, showing the shot was flipped.
Revealing mistake: When Tsukiko's neighbor has his eyepatch removed, the prosthetic makeup for his scarred face and eye looks incredibly fake and unconvincing, and you can tell his bulging eye is just a painted piece of plastic with fake skin around it.
Revealing mistake: In addition to the chain and lock not being in a position to actually secure the entrance to the "Metro Christian Shelter", the board covering the entrance does not appear to be securely attached to the building on the right side. Furthermore, when the men move the board over, it is a rather thin piece of plywood/board that can easily be kicked in. (00:17:17)
