Plot hole: Sarah Ravencroft's ghost causes a turkey to grow really big. When Thorn casts the spell to imprison Sarah again, the spell also causes Sarah's magic spells to be reversed. After Sarah is imprisoned, the turkey is still super big.

Other mistake: When the agent shows the spiral for the pattern of the messages, the spiral goes through South America and America. But the agent, before, showed two messages that aren't in the pattern; one in England (Stonehenge), the other in Cairo, Egypt.

Factual error: As Pellew and Hornblower return to the Indefatigable, they go aboard a ship's launch. In the Royal Navy, when boarding a small boat, the senior officer always boards last, so he can disembark first. Captain Pellew boards before Lieutenant Hornblower.

Revealing mistake: In several scenes (e.g. in the deli & in the tunnel, at the end) the ice cubes used to cool Elvis down are obviously not real ice.

Continuity mistake: Sean Bean is listening to the radio while he is in the shower - in the next scene he is exiting the bathroom with towels on so there is a time gap between the two scenes. However the monologue of the radio plays on through both scenes without any interruption. Actually, when he leaves the bathroom for the bedroom, the radio volume decreases, even though the radio is in the bedroom (he subsequently reaches over to turn it off). (00:01:40)

Revealing mistake: Part of the control panel for the hypersleep pods is just a flat flashlight (I used to own one, I think it was made by Polaroid) with the manufacturer's name covered over. When the panel is being used, the flashlight's button is pushed and it turns on.

Factual error: In one scene Alvin is driving over a bridge on the Mississippi. He is going in to Prarie Du Chine but the bridge is in a different town, and he is going from east to west not west to east. The town he is driving into is Lansing, Iowa.

Continuity mistake: When the Spanish demand Hornblower surrender his ship, the battleship fires two shots.the first shatters the topsail spar at the jeers, bringing it down, and the second.shatters the once again undamaged topsail spar outboard of the jeers, bringing it down again.

Continuity mistake: When Indiana Jones and the five old men have rescued the other old man, the explosives destroy the final carriage which is right at the back of the train, but when the train crosses the metal bridge there are now more carriages behind the destroyed one.

Plot hole: It is laughably implausible that a young child would be able to engineer a space walk on a space station, as Zenon does. Even with the friend getting his dad's access codes, something that like would be well under guard and key, and monitored heavily.
