Other mistake: When Neo is running along while shooting, it switches to a shot of a soldier firing a shotgun. Just before Trinity kicks it out of his hands, he's firing at the same spot over and over. Trinity is behind him, and Neo is moving, so what is he shooting at? (01:38:45)
Other mistake: When Rocco taunts the Russians he is punched in the face, yet he continues talking in a steady tone, and finishes his joke while falling into the bar. (00:20:39)
Other mistake: The guy says "looks like I'll have to send more flowers" then opens up the activation card and code to destroy the building. The code is 50617 but he swipes the card then pushes 50671. (01:00:00)
Suggested correction: If you watch the keys again he presses the exact appropriate numbers in order. 50617.
Other mistake: During the final battle in which the Shoveler is fighting the Disco Boys, when Tony C first appears, if you look in the bottom-left corner of the screen you can see a Disco Boy in a green hat sitting unconscious against the wall. However, Shoveler never fought this man.
Other mistake: In the scene where the store owner pulls out a shotgun and starts to shoot at the robber, you see the glass on the drink displayer shatter. However, if you look closer you can see that the soda bottles remain untouched.
Other mistake: When Carter is sitting in front of one of the small hatch-like doors around the time that they were climbing the ladder to escape from the rising water, one can clearly sea that the door is no more than twice the width of Carter (4 feet at most) yet the 45 foot shark about 10 to 12 feet wide seems to have no trouble squeezing through. Other mistake: At the start of the film where Detective Dooley and Jerry-Lee are getting ready for work, we see Dooley climbing out of the shower, but in the reflection in the mirror behind him, we see him emerging and can clearly see his under-pants which are bone-dry. (00:00:32)
Other mistake: When the one-legged judge bends over to retrieve his wooden leg from Paul Newman's grandson, you can see the judge's real leg and foot sticking out behind him.
Other mistake: In the ending credits, Keira Knightley's first name is misspelled "Kiera."
Other mistake: When Woods gets shot by the nails fired by the small robot, the amount of blood in his sweater keeps changing during the following scenes.
Other mistake: During Brown's dream, where he saves a runaway bus, Brown throws a hook, which latches onto the bumper. One shot of a middle-aged woman staring in awe was obviously done backwards, because the letters on the store behind her are written and spelled as such.
Other mistake: When Evie is in the library and all the book cases start to tumble over, if you look at one of the corner book cases you can see a piece of paper landing on it and the books are clearly painted on a flat piece of cardboard. (00:13:30)
Other mistake: During the scene where the Asian man is fighting off a security guard, the guard kicks his head back one time when no-one appears to have hit him.
Other mistake: As the tarantula approaches the first small desert town (when Lovelace orders Grant to surrender the government to him), look at the townsfolk. Not one of them pays any attention to the noisy, giant metal spider as it lumbers towards the town. In fact, none of them react at all until the first building explodes. I guess giant spider robots were a common sight in the middle of the 19th century West.
Other mistake: In the scene after Mini-Me's and Austin's fight when Austin is sitting on the space toilet to "eject" Mini-Me he picks up a copy of the London Times, as seen on the cover page of the newspaper. On the last page of the newspaper there is a weather page showing a map of the United States. Why would the London Times have the weather for the United States instead of Great Britain?
Other mistake: In the scene where Cuba and Skeet are "negotiating" with the federal agent at the end of the movie, Cuba interrupts Skeet by saying, "I'll handle it from here sweetdick." Notice that Skeet almost breaks character due to an apparent ad-lib by Cuba.
Other mistake: The security monitor in Valentin's office shows a cinematic wide shot of the casino with the camera moving. It seems unlikely that a CCTV camera would be mounted to a crane to perform elegant moves like this. (00:43:55)
Other mistake: When SETH goes to plant his miniaturized brain in a body, the body enters with close-cropped hair, the surgical procedure shows a bald head, then SETH comes out with the close-cropped hair again.
Other mistake: When the milk truck tips over, look at the wheels on the trailer - they're cocked to the left so it can slide without flipping. (00:22:30)
Other mistake: The chain "securing" the lock on the boarded up "Metro Christian Shelter" is in some inexplicable way on both sides of a 4" board that is taut between two other parallel boards. However, when the men are using the bolt cutter, the right side of the chain extends from a hole in the middle board, and the left side goes around the side of that same board and then around a pipe that is not originally there.
