Visible crew/equipment: When Jackie Chan is standing on top of the tower, and shouts "Who am I?", the camera starts to circle around him. When it does this, you can clearly see a guy in a white shirt standing underneath, and then hides away in the corner! It's really clear to see.
Visible crew/equipment: In scene where Chris is arguing with the cops look very closely in the window of the car. The boom mic, camera, and crew are all visible.
Visible crew/equipment: When Lola has her father with a gun to his neck, she takes him to the cash register at the front of the bank. As they first walk to it, they walk to the front, by some glass, and reflected in the top right of the glass screen is a camera. (00:43:00)
Visible crew/equipment: When the ambulances and fire trucks show up at the building where the money was dropped off, the camera pans up the side of the closest ambulance and you can see the camera rig reflected in the windows. (00:34:55)

Visible crew/equipment: When Dean is shot as he and Art are crossing the street, right before he falls down, you can see he's wearing knee pads.

Visible crew/equipment: When McCabe goes into the private cell to break his thumb to prepare for his escape, you can see the top of someone else's head in the bottom right hand corner of the screen. Clearly he is meant to be in the room alone, so it must be crew.
Visible crew/equipment: When Max is in his bathroom you can see a crewmember's shadow.
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where Coach Willis tells Casey he did some fast running and there is plenty of chasing on the field then the camera cuts to showing Casey and his father, the tip of a boom mic is visible at the top of the screen. (00:34:00)
Visible crew/equipment: When the police officer asks Steve and Rachel "where are your books?" a car approaches and the film cuts to a shot of the officer standing outside Steve's car. Look at the top centre of the screen, just above the roof of the car, and you can see part of the fluffy head of a boom microphone. It's quite quick, but very noticeable. (01:02:05)
