The Postman picture

Continuity mistake: In the scene where the postman gallops by the country house full blast and then comes back to pick up the letter from the boy's hand, you hear hoof sounds for long enough to take him hundreds of metres away, while the camera is on the boy. But when he is actually shown stopping to turn his horse around he has only come as far as the corner of the premises, maybe 20 meters away. (01:53:05 - 01:54:05)

Deathline picture

Continuity mistake: The topless blonde assassin knocked out by Wayne appears dead a few scenes later over a puddle of her blood but with no visible wound. She is trying to get up when Marina appears to pick up a gun and taunt Wayne who's dealing with the other nude assassin, only to still be lying down a cut later. Marina could have shot her dead at this point, but doesn't and therefore the blonde's death makes no sense. The assassins' corpses are also lying in different positions than before.
