Other mistake: While Nisi and Mickey are in the kitchen, when Isaac and Manley walk in, on the counter is a box of instant grits with tape covering its brand name (Quaker) and a bit of tape covering the face of the company logo. Then when Mr. Blakemore takes out the ice cream there's tape covering its brand name as well.
Other mistake: When Tommy Davidson and Jamie Foxx are both running and they run into, then flip over a car door that opens, if you look closely, you can clearly see the hair piece worn by Jamie Foxx flies right off his head.
Other mistake: The day after the Academy Awards, there is tall corn in the fields and the kids are dressed for warm weather. The Academy Awards are in March, not a warm, corn-growing time in Indiana.

Other mistake: When Giosuè discovers the German boy in the metal box Guido says that his name is Schwarz (Black). The German subtitles translate the name as Schwanz (Tail or - rather - Dick), and that's how both Guido and Giosuè refer to the boy later. Other mistake: In the part where Josh is sweeping the basketball court behind the church you notice that there are faded white paw prints. Then later when Josh is painting it Buddy walks directly on the white prints. Were these there to show Buddy where to walk?
Other mistake: Right after Cohee tells us the story of how Alyssa got the nickname "Finger Cuffs", after the shot returns to Banky and Holden, there's one frame with a significant 'burn mark' on the right side of the negative. Pronounced enough even to be noticeable at regular viewing speed. (01:10:30)
Other mistake: When Andy places the wedding ring on Serafine's finger after jumping off the Statue of Liberty, he places it on the index finger. Don't people usually put a wedding ring on the ring finger?
Other mistake: At the beginning, when Pod is climbing up the table, he does it in seconds. There's no way he could have gotten up that fast.
Other mistake: In the scene where the Professor and Sara are fighting the bad guys, Will Wheaton throws an ashtray at the Professor. Before the ashtray gets to him he sprays his rear end with the liquid flubber from the squirt gun. When he does this he sprays his jacket, which at that time is covering his rear. When he jumps and hits the ashtray, the ashtray does not hit his jacket, but his pants. According to the movie, flubber in any form needs to come into contact with the object to bounce back.
Other mistake: When Dale and Jack talk at the hospital about Scott's broken arm the subtitles are misspelled - they read "the doctor says it's a simple brake". (00:58:40)
Other mistake: In the final scene outside the MIB headquarters, Kay opens the neuralizer and we see it open, but there is no sound. Later when Kay tells Jay that he hasn't been training a partner but a replacement, we hear the sound of the neuralizer opening and Kay tells Jay how to operate it. (01:27:45)
Other mistake: Before Pest is getting hunted, the hunter makes a toast, there are two mistakes here, one is that the champagne glasses fluctuate the amount that is in them, and in a couple cut scenes you'll see that it is raining, and in others it isn't.
Other mistake: When the girls are chatting on a blanket outside the "haunted" castle, you can see Geri discreetly mouthing other people's lines, particularly Emma's.
Other mistake: When the rat catcher is dragged through the house by his safety harness, he starts off being dragged face upwards, but a couple of seconds later his position has changed, he is now face downwards and at the end of this he is face upwards again.
