Visible crew/equipment: Toward the end of the movie when the kids are pulling up their dad, just about when he is at the top of the mountain, on the right side of the screen you can see a steel platform and a guy's left leg and foot, he is wearing blue pants and a brown shoe. You can also see the pole holding up the platform and a shadow. To see this you must have the widescreen showing and be very quick, it is only there for less than a second.
Visible crew/equipment: In the final scene of the film where Whoopi Goldberg as Merlie Evers is addressing the press, it is a tense and emotional scene. However, director Rob Reiner obviously had little or no control over his extras, as one idiot is clearly shown grinning into the camera.
