Visible crew/equipment: At the end of the film, when Cole saves Campbell from falling, they then proceed to swing down the rope, and if you look closely, you can see a crewmember's arm sticking out of a window holding a piece of equipment attached to the rope, making sure that they don't swing out too much. You can see the camera crew in the reflection of the car, especially a crew member in a white t-shirt laughing.

Visible crew/equipment: When Martha the meter maid is being pulled along on a rope behind a car, she is stood up and the bottoms of her shoes are supposedly sliding along the ground. But in some shots the stuntman is wearing roller-blades.

Visible crew/equipment: When Angel Marie comes up to attack Fozzie, you can very easily see the forehead of the puppeteer, as well as the T formed by the human hand merging with the puppet hand.
