Visible crew/equipment: Throughout the movie, in the shots of the guys on the alien planet, the white reflector screens and film crew's reflections are visible in their sunglasses. (00:40:20)
Visible crew/equipment: When Francesco and 'she' are in the cemetery together and the little blue flame-beings gather around to watch them, you can see the wires they're suspended on several times. This is most apparent when Francesco sees the first one (moments before seeing 'she' at the fountain) and also just before they are all frightened away. (00:17:30 - 00:20:40)
Visible crew/equipment: 25:05 into the second episode of the TV miniseries, in the scene where Nick Andros and Tom Collins meet Julie from the drug store, the boom mic is seen for several seconds at the bottom right of the screen after Julie crosses the street to meet them.
Visible crew/equipment: At the end of the movie, at the bridge inside the car there is a fight between Lestat and Daniel so no one should be driving the car, but you can clearly see a man driving it and he's all covered in black. (01:56:10)
Visible crew/equipment: When Julie says "It's probably just your nerves" then Heather replies "Nerves?!", above Heather's head you see a boom mic dip down into view. (00:12:25)
Visible crew/equipment: When Lee shoots Fun Boy, Fun Boy falls backwards on to the bed. His leg flies up, and you can clearly see the cord coming from his pants that is attached to the fake blood bag. (00:39:05)
Visible crew/equipment: Towards the end of the film you see the long haired baddie grab Milo by the hind legs (just before Milo puts the mask on). As Milo starts to change you can just about see the baddie who is holding his legs, except he is now a different person with brown curly hair, nobody who is seen prior or following this shot. Presumably he is the dog trainer. (01:23:15)
Visible crew/equipment: When the Elves fly off the roof with Charlie, a wire aiding in their takeoff is visible under one of them.
Visible crew/equipment: When Khan sees the bomb for the first time (after roughing up Farley Claymore), he goes into the usual bad guy speech, and in the reflection of the bomb counter glass, you can see a boom mic moving.
