Continuity mistake: When Jack handcuffs Ray to the metal handrail, Ray's right wrist has the double strand bars facing up and single strand bar facing down, but when Jack tells the passengers about the gap and then uncuffs Ray before the jump, the handcuff's single strand bar is facing up on his right wrist.
Continuity mistake: In the scene at the bar with Gideon when the black guy pours Gideon a drink it is only about 1/3 full. When Gideon drinks it in the next shot it is almost full.
Continuity mistake: There is an announcer's voice speaking as the camera moves in on Team USA's first game, against Trinidad. The announcer says that Team USA is leading 6 to nothing, but you can see the scoreboard while he's talking, and it says the score is 7-0.
Continuity mistake: When Stanley is in jail, he put toilet papers on the toilet seat. After Milo gets inside the jail cell, the toilet paper is not on the toilet anymore. (01:10:35 - 01:13:10)
Continuity mistake: When Ace is trying to work out what Einhorn and Finkle have to do with each other, his dog sits on a photo of Finkle and its hair does not cover the face, the shot moves to Ace and then back to the dog and now its hair is covering the face of the photo without even moving. (01:03:30)
Continuity mistake: In the movie Christie Swanson drives a BMW 3 series coupe. In the scene where they were making love the car suddenly changes to a four door model then back to a two door. (00:06:10)
Continuity mistake: When Jack Ryan is in his office and hacks into Ritter's computer, he is trying to print out some files before Ritter deletes them. His printer fails to print, and after pulling out the paper drawer of his printer he discovers it is out of paper. Immediately, without closing the drawer, he quickly opens the door to the cabinet beneath the printer, grabs some paper, and the very next shot shows the printer paper drawer has mysteriously closed, so he has to pull it out again to add the paper.
Continuity mistake: In the film Jeff Douglas is out to kill the five leading kingpins of "the Hand". After he gets the first three, he goes after the last two who are hiding together. But the two fall out and one (Manter) shoots the other one (Kowalski) dead. Later, when he catches up with Manter, he doesn't kill him but lets him live to face justice (though he does die at the end). After catching Manter, he acts like it is the end of his "quest", yet does not know that Kowalski is already dead, and therefore should be out looking for him, not stopping at Manter's capture.
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the wedding day scene when Mallory is throwing the red doll off the bridge, her nails are long and manicured, but later in the same scene you can see that they are bitten down to the quick. (00:19:55 - 00:21:50)
Continuity mistake: When Frank is going to look for a disguise he drives into a parking meter. The way the parking meter lies on the hood of the car changes between shots. (00:18:20)
Continuity mistake: After Leon rescues Mathilda from the SWAT team and dodges the snipers, he shoots out a ventilation fan to make an escape route. He gets off two shots before we see the vent, but when it does we see about 7 bullet holes around the vent. Then the camera goes back to Leon as he continues firing. When the camera switches back, the holes around the vent are different. (01:27:05)
Continuity mistake: Just before Axel uncovers the printing press, the woman puts the map in the oky dokey suit, not his shirt. When he gets out of the suit, he does not pick up the map piece. In the vent he pulls the map out of his pocket, but how did the map piece get from the elephant suit to his pocket without him picking the piece up?
Continuity mistake: In the very first scene when Seagal first gets off the helicopter we see that he's wearing a navy blue shirt tucked into his jeans. In the next shot he's shown wearing the yellow suit but instead has a white shirt on underneath instead of the navy blue one.
Continuity mistake: In the scene when Rudy is holding a colt python to the hotel owners nose, in the next shot, the gun suddenly changes to a smith and wesson revolver.
Continuity mistake: When Tommy Lee Jones pops into his local Irish boozer for a pint of what is supposed to be Guinness, it is clearly not a pint, it is clearly not Guinness (flat Coke, more like), and the level of said beverage in the glass fluctuates wildly and out of synch with TLJ's swigging.
Continuity mistake: Throughout the limo chase scene, Tia's scratch on her face disappears and changes from cheek to cheek. (01:49:10 - 01:56:00)
Continuity mistake: When the crew of the Enterprise - D is in the Holodeck after Picard has left, Riker is telling Geordi to set royals at stunsail at which time Geordie is looking through a telescope with his right eye. In the next shot when he questions Riker, he takes the telescope down from his left eye. (00:24:05)
Continuity mistake: At the final fighting scene (David Sloan vs.Tong Po), you can see that Tong Po's hair (a half shaved head with only a ponytail on it) is as fake as it can be: everytime when he moves his head a bit to rough around (sweeping his ponytail around while fighting) clearly shows that he's wearing a special kind of wig attached to his head. That 'wig' is so badly attached that it looks like he's got rimples on the back and on top of his head.
Continuity mistake: When Shame points his gun to Luis when they are under the Skinhead meeting place, the camera angle from the front shows the gun resting on his forehead, but the camera angle from the rear show the gun resting on the side of his head. Happens twice during the scene.
Continuity mistake: When Jackson is in the meeting about the symbols, he circles the seventh symbol with a blue marker. In the next shot, look close and you can see that the blue circle around the symbol is gone. (00:18:20)
