Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where Jack and some other characters are sitting around a table at a pub/restaurant and discussing something, you can see that there's a microphone sticking out from above. (From a video viewing.)
Visible crew/equipment: When the Sheriff of Rottingham is hanging upside-down under his horse and talking to Robin, look at the legs of the "horse": one of them has the visible joint of the knee (obvious as the light hits it when it bends) and the other doesn't look like it's actually touching the ground at all, though from the angle it looks as though the leg was intended to be seen as weight-bearing.

Visible crew/equipment: During the scene where Mary is crying with her face at the bushes and Dickon walks in to try to cheer her up, if you keep your eyes at the top of the screen just as Dickon walks closer to her, you can see for a second the microphone being pulled up, which looks like a black object right in between the two walls of the bush. (01:30:15)

Suggested correction: That is not a crew member. It is Joon, leaving and slamming the door after her argument with the housekeeper. The fact that we can hear the door slam shows it was not an error.
Visible crew/equipment: When David and Diana are fighting in the kitchen, the boom mic is visible at the top of the screen.
Visible crew/equipment: When Mario is telling Luigi about getting a call from the café for the plumbing job at the start of the film, watch the cabinet with the glass doors behind Luigi. At one point, you can see the reflection of a crew member in a short-sleeve shirt for a few seconds.
