Other mistake: In the police car chase after the prison break, Mario lets go of the wheel to prove a point to Luigi. In doing so, their police car rams head on with a civilian car, causing the police car to ramp up and stop on top of the civilian car. Normally, this could theoretically happen. However, in that world, the police cars are fitted with a snow plow like thing on the front of the cars, with an angle to them. The way the cars hit, it is not possible for the police car to have hopped up on top of the civilian car in such a manner. If anything, the snow plow would have caused the civilian car to ramp up on the police car.
Other mistake: The scene in the hospital, where Maniac Cop shots two people on the stairs is not in the hospital. It's a scene taken from Maniac Cop 2 during the police station massacre.
Other mistake: When Butch steals the clothes and the Ford, Phillip pees for almost two minutes, which is OK for an elderly man with a malfunctioning prostate but not for a healthy 8-year old boy, not even after an overdose of RC Cola. (00:39:20)
Other mistake: Alicia Silverstone's character in this film was changed from Darien to Adrian. However, during the party scene after Adrian gets finished playing the piano she walks over to a man who reaches for her hand and you can hear him say, "That was lovely, Darian". (00:05:25)
Other mistake: When Dennis is in the woods right before he bumps into Switchblade Sam, he passes an owl that hoots but the movement of it's throat aren't at all in conjunction with the noise.
Other mistake: Rudy continually checks the roster to see if he made the dress list. The captain of the team is Roland Steele; the first one to visit the coach about giving up his jersey for Rudy. Every time Rudy looks at the list he scans past the last names for "S" where you should see Steele, Roland. Steele doesn't appear on the dress list yet he dresses every game. Stock, J. (Capt.) appears on the list, so Steele should too.
Other mistake: After Leonardo revives Yoshi, he picks him up, hugs him and touches heads with each other as they hug but Yoshi pretty much moved his head immediately and Leonardo continued sitting there as if their heads were still touching. It looks like the actor didn't realise the child moved away and they never reshot it. (00:48:15)
Other mistake: Before the opening scene, where there is a paragraph setting up the history of the musical, in the third line there is a spelling error: "it's" should be "its" since it is a possessive pronoun and not a contraction.
Other mistake: The inmates are watching "The Godfather"; specifically, the scene towards the end in which Don Corleone is speaking to Michael in the garden. Just before the inmates light the guard on fire, the audio jumps backwards: after we hear Don Corleone say "Whoever comes to you with this Barzini business...", the next line we hear is "I knew that Santino was gonna have to go through all this...", which is from earlier in the same scene. We then see the film and see Don Corleone's lips forming the line that follows the Barzini line, while the audio continues with the incorrect, earlier line. (01:35:15)
Other mistake: After the Leprechaun has used the small car with the pitchfork and rammed the pick up truck, it rolls down the hill 3 or 4 times. The leprechaun opens the door and all 4 characters are not in the vehicle. They have not only managed to all exit the vehicle and hide behind a boulder but have all managed to not receive so much as a single scratch and Jennifer Aniston's hair is still perfectly brushed.
Other mistake: When the fighter jet says he has a missile lock, the shot cuts to the screen. You hear the characteristic beeping of a missile lock, but the screen shows only open sky.
Other mistake: Van Cleef and Boudreaux reload their guns, and then have the mother of all firefights, culminating with Boudreaux emptying both guns into Van Cleef. They only had two guns each and the amount of shots they fired apiece was way in-excess of what they reloaded.
Other mistake: When Benny signs the autograph for the fake baseball he signs it Babe Ruthe with an 'E' on the end. This can be seen when Smalls put it back in his step dad's trophy room.
Suggested correction: He did though it's apparently supposed to happen like that as one of the boys says "Baby Ruthe?" when he's signing it and a comment is made about how bad it looks. Strange as it seems; this appears to have been done purposefully for the movie thus would not be a mistake if that's what the actor was directed to do.
Other mistake: At the beginning of the film when "C" witnesses Sonny shooting the guy over a parking spot, Lorenzo quickly shuffles C upstairs. They are in their apartment not more than 10/15 seconds when a detective knocks on their door. There's no way the police would have shown up that quickly, let alone the detectives.
Other mistake: During the train chase Wallace steps onto the train track that's going to the left on-screen, then he goes to the right as if the train is going the opposite direction on the track.
Other mistake: When the child takes Don and his colleague to see a pile of Ebola fever victims, the camera lingers on the "corpse" of a man who is breathing.
Other mistake: When Michelle removes her mole to give it to Topper, it pops off and is visible for a split second in front of the pinky knuckle of the hand she removed it with. They continue on as if she successfully removed it and gave it to him. (00:50:06)
