Revealing mistake: When the devil man (Bruce Payne) comes up from under his couch in his caravan, and pushes the mayor through the ceiling - they make no attempt to hide the fact that it is a dummy and its hands are gripping some special handles.
Revealing mistake: When Chris is playing the computer game at Doughboy's house, the gun he is using has no cord going from it into the console.
Revealing mistake: When Jack is being chased by the bear, at one point you can see a piece of food thrown into the shot to make the bear turn around.
Revealing mistake: When the dead padre is pulled across the ground he lifts his head (not to get hurt?), and when he is finally placed on the bench he blinks and breathes. One of the most most living dead I've seen in a movie. (01:30:00)
Revealing mistake: When Bill and Ted, are playing Battleship, with Death, you can see at the bottom of Death's neck where the crease is of the cap that is covering the actors head to make it look bald.
Revealing mistake: There are brown pieces of paper that the brother has supposedly been writing songs on (when his sister is in the room cleaning). She picks up the papers and starts to sing, and he flips one of the pieces over as if they have writing on both sides. Only there is no writing on them, even though she is singing the lyrics he has written.
Revealing mistake: When Dr. Marvin is choking on his food Bob gives him the Heimlich maneuver. He then puts Dr. Marvin on the couch and jumps down on him. Dr. Marvin expels the food just before Bob knees him the third time. This is best viewed in slow-motion. We are lead to believe that the third knee drop caused the food to be dislodged when actually the food is spit out just a split second prior to Bob landing the knee drop. (00:53:20)
Revealing mistake: At the beginning of the film when a Judge is thrown out of the airplane, you can see a parachute is attached to him.
Revealing mistake: Thelma and Louise in one scene are driving at a very high speed with Brad Pitt in the backseat wearing a cowboy hat that never flies off, much less even moves with the wind.
Revealing mistake: When David delivers the final kick to Sanga, he raises his left leg to kick but in the next frame it is his right leg which comes out and makes contact to Sanga's face. The right-leg is also a prop made of rubber as you can see the crews hand holding onto the thigh part and the rubber foot flopping/wobbling when contact is made. The following frame shows David bringing back his left leg after the right-legged kick.
Revealing mistake: When Martin is at the rest home, he gets a drink from the water fountain and it sprays him in the face. You can plainly see the spray isn't coming from the fountain itself.
Revealing mistake: When the younger Bowden sprays lighter fluid into Max Cady's face, and he is on fire, for a few of the shots, Max Cady has no head. (01:51:00 - 01:52:00)
Revealing mistake: When Ricky punches the prison wall, the wall can be seen beginning to break apart a second before Ricky's fist hits it. (01:29:59)
Revealing mistake: During the dinner, Dennis is addressing his sister. As she comes over by him, look at his left sleeve. It appears to be matted in, as it has a definite line at the edge of the fabric, where all other edges are softer. Then as Eldona sits the plate down, you can see a flutter between the images of Dennis' arm and the plate. Then, as Eldona turns around, you can see her dress through the gap between Dennis' arm and the plate. (00:36:30)
Revealing mistake: On the morning of Bentley's hanging, his father walks into the street and meets the postman. The camera then pulls back to show a streetscape. The gulleys are full of Autumn leaves whereas Bentley was hanged on January 28th. The leaves are there to conceal double yellow lines (which were not introduced in England until February 1956) and in several places they can be seen showing through.
Revealing mistake: The mayor's daughter Sheri hits the villain with a punch that the policemen call "a haymaker" and that hurt her hand. It was anything but; just a bad fake movie punch. (00:30:10)
Revealing mistake: When Michael comes running up the stairs yelling for Carolyn and Blade comes flying on to him, you can briefly see the string attached to Blade. (01:11:25)
Revealing mistake: After Ralph goes to the club and meets Miranda there's a scene where the front page of The Daily Telegraph newspaper (dated March 9, 1990) is show. It has the headline "From Uncle Same to Buck 'ham'" with a picture of Ralph. The article under the headline hasn't been changed from the original news story. The article begins, "Mounted police broke up a mob that had looted shops and attacked a police station in Hackney, ease London, last night after a poll tax protest by up to 5,000 people blew up into a riot. With running battles between officers and demonstrators. Scotland Yard said at least 50 people were arrested and several police officers hurt in the worst violence yet seen in the campaign against the community charge."
Revealing mistake: When Joyce and Cynthia are standing at the rear of the van, a carload of young men pulls up behind them. The men appear to take several steps before reaching them, so the car is not parked very close behind the van. When one of the men gets back into the front passenger seat, his car door is so close it looks more like it is the passenger door on the van, not the car. (00:34:14 - 00:34:35)
Revealing mistake: In the first shot of the club scene, where we see the clarinet up close, the ligature (the metal band that holds the reed in place) has been placed upside down. This would make it extremely difficult, if not, impossible for the clarinet to play a single note. So, the "clarinet player" physically could not play his instrument, even if he wanted to. (00:51:00)
