Continuity mistake: When Cliff is being chased by the mobsters in the fancy restaurant, he escapes by flying through a stained glass dome directly above the dance floor. Two mobsters below aim up at him and start firing as he crashes through the dome, but no glass showers down on them.
Continuity mistake: During the driving sequence on the mountain road, the foliage shown is inconsistent. For example, when the guy in the BMW cuts Eve off and yells at her through the passenger window, orange autumn leaves can be seen reflected on his windshield. Shots outside the vehicles immediately before and after this shot show only evergreen trees in the area. After this, when Beamer Guy is shown talking on his cell phone, shot from inside the vehicle, the trees seen outside his driver-side window are significantly different than those shown in shots outside the car.
Continuity mistake: As Frank and Tracy are walking across the pipes, there is a close-up shot of the pipe breaking in half as Tracy walks on it. However in the wide shot as Tracy falls, the pipe is intact and breaks again as Tracy falls on it. (01:23:10)
Continuity mistake: During the catapult launch for the SAM suppression mission, we can see two Shrike missiles on the right wing pylons. In the next shot, there is only one. At this point they still haven't reached the SAM site so they wouldn't need to fire one. A little later in another shot (right before they switch to active radar) we see two Shrikes again.
Continuity mistake: When Luis Cali is strapping Billy Tepper in the office, he is standing in front of the desk, while Billy is standing on the opposite side. Billy is facing him (while bending forward), so the strapping marks on Billy's back should be vertical, from head to butt, or at least diagonal. But later when the guys are cleaning the wounds, the marks are horizontal.
Suggested correction: We never see a close up of his hand or what direction it's facing. Purely speculation.
Continuity mistake: Towards the end of the movie, when the mob appraiser has verified the medallions are authentic, he is wearing two white gloves. He then asks if he can leave. When he stands up and gathers his things, he has only one glove on. The shot cuts away. When it cuts back to him, he has two gloves on again. (01:32:50)
Continuity mistake: When William Forsythe finds out that Brian Bosworth is a cop,they both jump on their bikes trying to get back to the gang compound , as they race though the streets the camera keep changing back and forth between both of them ,you can see the bad guy is not wearing a bandanna, but when the camera changes the bandanna appears and disappears on his forehead about 3 or 4 times .
Continuity mistake: When the elderly inmate falls over after being hit with a wooden train, his glasses break off and land on the floor beside him. A few seconds later, when the bald inmate trips him over, the glasses have suddenly rotated 90°. (00:07:53)
Continuity mistake: When Cynthia Rothrock acts as a bait for the maniac at the beginning of the movie, she is walking down the nice and brightly lit slums in black high heels. A fight ensues, and she kicks him around wearing black sneakers (after her triple roundhouse she strikes a pose in a wide shot and it's very noticeable). Her incompetent partner joins in late, and she walks out on him wearing high heels again. (00:01:55)
Continuity mistake: The sun angle at the beginning during the basketball game changes. In the low angle shots, the shadows are longer. Toward the end of the sequence, the sun is higher.
