Corrected entry: At the end of the episode, all are drinking poisoned wine. When they have drunk the wine, everybody falls off. When they show BlackAdder, one of the man lifts his head up. He's supposed to be dead.
Corrected entry: Sledge's sudden fear of heights interferes with many of the previous episodes, ie. in the first episode ('Under the gun') Sledge jumps down from a very big box and in the fifth ('Dori Day Afternoon') he is in a cockpit of a flying plane looking out without problems, plus many more. (00:02:00)
Correction: This entry is just flat out wrong. In the beginning of this episode it is explained that Sledge Hammer's vertigo is recent and was brought on by a rooftop chase of a criminal. This is not a continuity error and should be deleted.
Corrected entry: When Nikki phones the ED to ask for a medical team, Simon says they have got the overflow from St. James' RTA and they are 'Flat Out.' This is evident by the number of patients and nurses behind him in Resus. He says they are already one doctor down, with Lara being banned from Resus. But later, when Lara is talking to the wife who is later brought back in because her husband hit her, the wife starts to shout. Harry comes out of his office and comes over to them. If Resus is overcrowded and understaffed, which is evident by the fact that the only doctor in there is Simon, why isn't Harry helping out? There are about five patients and only Simon and some nurses to deal with them. Surely Harry should be helping? Obviously he is only in his office so that he could have the argument with Lara and end up taking her home.
Correction: Harry could very well have been on the phone and it was an important phone call so he couldn't help out. Beside the team would have paged him. So it is obvious he is busy.
The End of Flutter Valley (1) - S1-E1
Corrected entry: As the witches' spell begins the Ponies pause and look around. Sundance (white Pony with pink hair) is standing with the group, yet she does not feature at all in this set of episodes.
Correction: There are lots of movies that show characters that are not primary to the plot line, much like an extra.
Correction: However, as was shown in a previous scene (with one of the members of The Black Seal), not all people are killed outright by one cup of poison and survive for a short while after.
