Revealing mistake: When Stiles enters the locker room, a guy walks out the shower and you can see his black underwear. (00:05:25)
Revealing mistake: When Bronson is chased up onto the rooftop by one of the gang members, Bronson pushes the guys over the edge of the building, and it is visible that it is a dummy taking the fall.
Revealing mistake: When Hightower throws the football to the hood, the hood flies back to hit the door. After he hits it, you can see the black wire that pulled him.
Revealing mistake: During the barn raise you see the some men using ridiculously small nails to connect huge beams. (01:20:20)
Revealing mistake: When Mombi's headless body wakes up and begins to walk towards Dorothy, you can see a black, blurry haze around her neck in two shots, where an effect was used to remove it.
Revealing mistake: When Philippe the Mouse is caught by the Bishop's guards after he has escaped from prison, Navarre shoots an arrow into one of the guard's arms to stop him cutting Philippe's throat. If you look at the spot on the guard's upper arm where the arrow will hit just as Philippe says 'May God have mercy on my soul', you will see that there is already a hole there - even before the arrow hits him.
Revealing mistake: When Millbarge changes the missile's programming at the last instant, the rocket changes course simply by rotating the shooting frame - and even if it could change course like that, the angle of ascension would be wider than indicated on the bunker base's computer screen.
Revealing mistake: At the end, when the Colonel is at his control panel on the phone just after the nuke goes off, the cord from the phone begins to peel from the control panel. This is mentioned in the DVD commentary.
Revealing mistake: There are several instances where you can see that the bandages used to wrap up the girls are pre-assembled. When the first girl is "waxed" you can see there are no joins between the bandages, they are all in one piece - almost like a body stocking. You can also see this later with Elizabeth, and it becomes more significant because you see the bandages being wrapped around her head as normal, and then when Watson pulls them off, they come away in one piece like a balaclava, which of course shouldn't happen.
Revealing mistake: When Lane becomes depressed he goes out to the garage and ties a red cord around his neck and to the ceiling to hang himself. He thinks better of it, but his mother opens the door and knocks him off the steps and he hangs by the cord. If you look closely you can see that there is no cord hung around his neck, he merely holds his hand up and mimics grabbing the cord around his neck. The cord seems to be attached to something on his back. (00:15:40)
Revealing mistake: In the scene where Herbert and Dan re-animate the dead corpse, watch closely when Herbert rams the little buzz saw into the corpse's chest. At the bottom of the screen, you can see where the fake chest ends.
Revealing mistake: Remo, clinging to a tree trunk, is shot at by Grove using a vehicle mounted machine gun. Pieces of trees are seen shot but this is only sound and special effects. There are no muzzle flashes from the machine gun, the cocking handle does not move in time with the shooting, nor does the cartridge belt move through the weapon.
Revealing mistake: When Vernon is mad about the door to the library being closed and is trying to find a way to keep it open, at the bottom of the door there is a door stopper that would be able to keep the door open. (00:16:00 - 00:19:00)
Revealing mistake: During the scene on the helicopter when the female vampire is developing from the entrails of blood from the two dead men onboard, it is obvious that they are mannequins/dummies as the blood leaves them.
Revealing mistake: When Daryl plays F1 Pole Position, the camera shows the full television screen for four seconds. The time remaining for each lap is decreasing faster than time progresses. Within three seconds of film, roughly six seconds pass in-game. When the car moves faster later on, the screen is tightly cropped to hide effects on the statistics. From the graphics this is the Atari 5200 version, which cannot compute quickly enough to represent that speed visually, and the score of 79950 is normally attainable, so the game itself is unchanged. The only conclusion is that the video is simply sped up.
Revealing mistake: During the Army assault on Ortega's compound, Jackson is shown as he uses a machine gun to clear a long balcony of enemies. The third person he kills here is hit several times, but does not fall over the railing. Instead he slowly and carefully climbs over it, lifting one leg over at a time.
Revealing mistake: When the guard that wants to kill the fool is hit by an arrow, you can see the outline of a protection plate or something like that under his clothes.
Revealing mistake: When Jack and Joan escape in the F16, if you look at the back wheels, you can see the car driveshafts that drive the wheels. Jet aircraft don't have driveshafts.
Revealing mistake: At the beginning of the film when Nester and Opelka and at least two other Americans are attempting to run towards the chopper, you hear a series of Vietnamese mortars which hit two of the Americans, followed by screams. If you look real closely at the last mortar to hit the second American, it is a scare-crow type figure dressed in military fatigues that takes the mortar hit.
Revealing mistake: When Tenderheart Bear confronts Nicholas in the Cave, the light of fire Nicholas has lit casts a shadow of Tenderheart Bear on the wall of the cave. However, when Tenderheart Bear moves his arms, the shadow stays the same.
