Audio problem: When Chunk flags down the car for help, he finds Jake Fratelli, who begins to sing loudly in Italian. Chunk screams, and as we hear Jake continue singing, we see his reflection in the side-view mirror as he is smoking a cigarette silently. (00:49:00)
Audio problem: When they are putting the Cook's body on the sofa, Wadsworth walks by in the background and says "Careful, don't get blood on the sofa" however his mouth doesn't move.
Audio problem: The carts the guards are chasing Pee-Wee in are electric, which we see when they first get to them and have to unplug them. However throughout the entire chase scene we distinctly hear gas engine sounds. (01:12:30)
Audio problem: In the beginning of the movie when Clark is preparing to light the Bar-B-Q, He squirts charcoal fluid out of a plastic bottle. Then Ellen squirts more fluid onto the coals out of the same plastic bottle. Listen to the sound; it is the distinctive sound of a metal charcoal lighter fluid bottle. (00:07:45)
Audio problem: When Scott says "On top of everything else, there was a full moon last night" his mouth is out of sync. (00:32:15)
Audio problem: Lorraine comes to see Marty in Doc's garage in 1955 to ask him if he will go to the dance with her. Just before Lorraine moves to the other side of the car from where she walked in, she begins to say something to Marty. The problem is that her lips don't move when she talks, I guess the right clip ended up on the editing room floor. (01:11:40)
Audio problem: As Tim Robbins drives off at the start of the trip to California, he sings "The Age of Aquarius," but his lips through the car window aren't mouthing anything close to the line he is singing. (00:28:10)
Audio problem: After Captain Lasard delivers his inspiring speech to "Nail these punks," one of the cops stands up and yells "Let's kick ass." even though his lips aren't moving.
Suggested correction: Looked like his lips were moving to me.
They weren't moving. He had a big smile on his face but for him to say, "Let's kick ass." would be impossible without his lips making the necessary movements to say it or with an enormous smile.
I just watched this movie and his lips WERE moving.
I've seen the scene and the mistake is valid. His mouth doesn't move in any significant way for him to say what is dubbed over. His lips barely move as if he simply took a breath.
Audio problem: Monique runs out of the house, holding Ricky's picture. She sits down and starts to laugh at the picture. Her mouth movements don't match the laugh that is heard. (00:39:10)
Audio problem: When Ben and the rest of his friends are "out on the town", he starts his car to go home, but when he does it makes the distinct sound of an older Chrysler when he was driving a Cadillac.
Audio problem: Right before Charley gets thrown into the closet doors, Jerry has him by the throat threatening to kill his mother if she wakes up. In the shots of Charley trying to free himself of the grip, Jerry's lips are moving but no sound can be heard. (00:28:15)
Audio problem: When the husband (Hector Elizondo) is seated in the barber chair, he's heard talking to the kid, but his lips aren't moving. An obvious audio sync issue.

Audio problem: After Chiun gets all of the rings on the bottles, you can see that they have all settled, yet you keep hearing the sound of them still settling through the rest of the scene.
Audio problem: When Quatermain and Jesse are fleeing in a stolen truck, they are being chased by people in other vehicles. Even though all the streets are dirt, there are numerous times when the tires of all the vehicles squeal.
