Visible crew/equipment: When Pony Boy, Dally and Johnny are pulling up to the burning church, just before the first one jumps out of the car if you look through the windshield you can see the water truck that's going to put out the fire after they shoot the scene.
Visible crew/equipment: About one hour and fifty minutes in, the two stars get into a fight and are rolling around the floor. In at least one scene, a cameraman, with a handheld Panavision camera, is quite visible in the middle of the shot.
Visible crew/equipment: When the first deal goes wrong and the man with the chainsaw jumps out the window you can clearly see him land on a grey crash mat because it lifts up at the corners. (00:27:55)

Visible crew/equipment: At one point Clint Eastwood is out in the woods practising his shooting with his new .44 auto-mag pistol. While he's doing this, a car pulls up and a black male begins to get out with a shotgun. (We later learn that this is his partner). As the man with the shotgun is opening his door, if you look at the reflection in the car window, you can clearly see the reflection of a man with a camera and another man standing next to him.

Visible crew/equipment: During the scene where Nick and Sam come upon Richard having a midnight snack in the kitchen you can see a small bright whitish reflection of some kind of equipment in the top left (our left) kitchen window, down in the lower right corner. There is no character movement or other scene related explanation for this reflection. It moves and fades during the scene, most dramatically at the end of the scene. (00:37:20)
Visible crew/equipment: In one of the first scenes, two plain-clothes cops are chasing a suspect. The suspect runs through a house and down some stairs. Look under the stairs. You can see a person trying to hide in the dark under the stairs, presumably a stage hand.

Visible crew/equipment: When Christine smashes into the little white car inside Darnell's garage, she gets hooked to the car. Christine backs up trying to disconnect herself from the white car. Look carefully and you will see the casters mounted underneath the white car allowing it to easily skid along the floor. (01:37:30)
Visible crew/equipment: When Aurora sees Breedlove off at the airport and he comes out again, you see in his glasses the reflections of various people in dark clothes, but not Aurora who is wearing light colors and is supposed to be standing right in front of him. (01:44:35)

Visible crew/equipment: After Cho jumps on top of the thug van and falls off the roof, hanging off the driver's side near the back of the van, the back corner of the film crew's truck bed is visible in the lower right corner of the screen for a moment. (00:39:10)
Visible crew/equipment: When the police car arrives at the park, the boom mike is reflected on the rear window.
Visible crew/equipment: Near the beginning when Nick Nolte is in the back of the truck, the sun is behind the camera. You can see the shadow of the camera operator perfectly along with the camera's shadow.
