Revealing mistake: After Flynn, Tron and Ram take their drink, they resume their journey in their stolen Light Cycles. There is a shot of them coming around a corner and riding along a cliff side. If you look carefully (this is painfully obvious if you go frame by frame) they don't actually come around the corner. Their Light Cycles simply appear one by one and they make their turn. (00:50:40)
Revealing mistake: At the end when Mr Norris starts to run through the hallways looking for the punks, he is ambushed and beaten up. If you look closely at his shirt, you can see a small pad underneath on his left, the exact spot where they keep punching him.
Revealing mistake: When Meg Tilly is being drawn toward the casket by the strange pink light the telekinetic dead man Karl Raymar emanates you can see strings on her feet pulling her toward it.
Revealing mistake: During the autopsy scene, it's obvious that the Panther is still breathing when it's supposed to be dead.
Revealing mistake: Throughout the film and specifically near the end after Jim has reclaimed Bess and the colt, there are visible horseshoes on the supposedly "wild" horses. While there would logically be a number of abandoned and escaped horses among the herd at any one time, those who joined them in a shod condition would not remain so very long in rugged country. Those born into the wild would never have worn shoes. Reason dictates there would be very few if any horses remaining shod at any one time.
Revealing mistake: The actors all have the speed, form, and physique of high school athletes- not people headed to the Olympics.

Revealing mistake: After the real Leon Sprague is clubbed to death, Pavel Upenskoy and his accomplice toss him into the nearby river. Just before he is dumped, the corpses left hand flexes open and bends upward towards Upenskoy's head.
Revealing mistake: During the final fight sequence between Paul Kersey and Nirvana at the hospital, at one point you can see that Kersey is not Charles Bronson but his stunt double.
Revealing mistake: Chong arrives at the curbside of the airport. The guy pulls up in a yellow Datsun for him. The fender is already dented. Chong starts throwing the guy into the fender at the exact point of the dent - the fender must've gotten dented in an earlier take.
Revealing mistake: When Jarvis and Tommy are driving to school, and he asked if they got the black guy, the sun is overhead - but when they get to school, and they're walking and talking about it, the sun is to the left - like it's mid-morning around 930. Revealing mistake: When madame Musquin wanted to hurry up to get out of the elevator. Thérèse wanted to help her to go down, but she got kicked on her nose. You can see that madame Musquin really kicked the wall.
Revealing mistake: Throughout the movie, practically every victim ends up with a broken, twisted neck. The "special effect" used for those deaths is...the actors wear their jackets backwards. It is made even more evident by the plot twist at the end.
