Continuity mistake: In the last scene, the Butler and Groomsman load a Sarcophagus in the back of their station wagon. The tail gate is left open and both step back as the vehicle pulls out. As they are driving off down the driveway the tail gate is closed.
Continuity mistake: When Mickey gets into the '57 Chevy to "test drive" it, there is no gear shift lever on the steering column. The camera then shows him buckling his seat belt, and when it returns to the previous angle, there is that missing shift lever.

Continuity mistake: In his first trip in the sewers, Madison picks a brick; in close-up at the beginning Officer Jim Kelly has the flashlight pointed up.
