Revealing mistake: When Rocky climbs the RKO tower, he carries lifeless Frank-N-Furter on his back. In the wideshots facing the stunt doubles' backs, while Rocky has both of his hands on the tower, the very much dead Frank-N-Furter has his right arm firmly around Rocky's neck to hang on.

The shark's reflection is never seen behind Brody, despite the shark's massive size in the small cabin. Bruce must have had the day off during Roy Scheider's takes. (01:58:00)
Revealing mistake: When the stripper appears from the changing room during the cabaret scene, the stripper music is heard, but if you look carefully the tape recorder which is supposed to be playing the music is not actually moving.

Revealing mistake: You can see the threads moving the submarine underwater. (00:04:55)
Revealing mistake: The newspaper says that the Pink Panther was stolen on 24th January. The scenes of Gstaad, in the Swiss alps, were obviously not filmed in January. The temperature in Gstaad gets up to about 5°C/41°F in January yet people are shown wearing light clothing with bare arms. (00:53:05)

Revealing mistake: During the chase sequence towards the end of the film, Roger shoots five bullets into the windscreen of the blue car. If you look carefully, you can see there is no driver in the front seat.
Revealing mistake: The caboose and two bunk cars are uncoupled and sent rolling down the hill, with troops locked inside. As the cars roll off a cliff, troops can be heard yelling. However, as the cars hit the ground and shatter into rubble, the wood does not appear to be blood stained, nor does there appear to be any sign of bodies in the debris. The cars were obviously empty for the scene, and given the circumstances of the soldiers allegedly trapped within them, it's unlikely that any of the soldiers could've gotten out in time.

Revealing mistake: When Hettie drives her motorbike up to the café for the first time, you can see the horse and cart in the background zoom across the frame - because of the film being sped up at that moment.
Revealing mistake: When the protagonist jumps two of the evil cowboys that are after his jewels, the stuntman on the right tosses aside the rifle in a quick deliberate move pretending to lose it. (00:10:25)
