Continuity mistake: In a scene supposed to be after the ship has been fitted with radar, it is shown entering harbour with the 'lantern' removed and the aerial covered, which is how it's shown before the ship has the radar fitted.
Continuity mistake: When Sally is disturbed by the resemblance of her friend, who was recently killed and then her body was stolen from the morgue, to the wax figure of Joan of Arc, she reaches up to touch the left side of the face, but when Vincent Price turns up, she is touching the right side of her face.
Continuity mistake: When Fred (Ralph Wolf in disguise) says "Hello" to Sam at the end of the short, you can see that there is a card in both the top and bottom holes in the "In" section of the punch clock. But when Sam begins spanking Ralph, the bottom card of the "In" section has moved to the bottom hole of the "Out" section.
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the cartoon, we see Yosemite Sam reading a newspaper on the window at the Center News. The name of the newspaper Sam is reading is "News Highlights", but when we see a close-up of the paper in the next shot, it is now called "Evening Post."
Continuity mistake: When we see the park where the wild cat is hiding, there is a sign saying "No Le Pate de Fois Grass", but when we see the sign in the next shot, the "Le" has disappeared.
Continuity mistake: Mickey Mouse is wearing a hat and fishing when a seagull lands atop his hat. The seagull is facing Mickey's right but when Mickey looks down to see their shadows, the shadow of the seagull shows him facing Mickey's left.
Continuity mistake: When Bugs Bunny closes the door on Daffy Duck at the end of the cartoon, Bugs is holding his pencil upside down, but in the next shot he is now holding it the right way up.
Continuity mistake: When Donald is sweeping the peanuts in front of Delores the elephant, he picks a single peanut off the floor and you can see there is nothing in front of him, but in the next shot a pile of peanuts has suddenly appeared.
Continuity mistake: When Duck Dodgers claims Planet X with his flag, you can see there is nothing next to him, but when Marvin the Martian comes along and makes his claim, an "X" tree has suddenly appeared.
Continuity mistake: While Schatze's getting ready for her wedding, when Pola comes in she tries on the fur stole and instead of putting the fur stole back on the bed it slips onto the floor, but when Loco walks in with Eben the fur stole is lying on the bed beside the fur coat, though it wasn't touched. The lady in the apartment opens her window shade and sees Houdini hanging upside down, directly outside the window. When it cuts to an outside shot, he is now suspended above the roof line, where the woman would not be able to see him.
Continuity mistake: When the squirrel attempts to cut the coconut with the saw, the saw's teeth break off and fall around the coconut. But when the squirrel returns with an axe, the pieces of teeth have changed position.
Continuity mistake: When Tom removes the packaging, you can see that it reads "Life with Tom by Jerry Mouse" on the front cover, but when we see Tom reading the book later on in the cartoon, the wording has disappeared.
Continuity mistake: When Foghorn Leghorn is watching the dog marching, he is holding some corn on the cob in his hand. But when he is marching along with the dog, the corn is nowhere to be seen.
