Continuity mistake: When the robot gives the female robot (Bugs) a box of Assorted Nuts, he is holding it with his two claws. But when we see a close-up of the box in the next shot, he is holding it with only one claw.

Continuity mistake: When the robot is searching for Bugs near the shed, you can see there is a metal basin near the door. But when Bugs (dressed as a female robot) says "Yoo-hoo, Mr Robot!", the basin has gone.

Continuity mistake: When Elmer is putting oil on the robot after it gets covered in rust, the arrow on the dial is pointing to the right. In the next shot, it is now pointing to the left, and in the shot after that, it is pointing to the right again.

Continuity mistake: When the robot tries to punch Bugs, you can see there is nothing behind Bugs, but in the next shot a fence suddenly appears.

Continuity mistake: When Elmer has finished making the robot, you can see there is nothing by the slot in which Elmer feeds pictures. But when the robot goes to the donkey, a dial appears where it remains for the rest of the short.

Continuity mistake: Before Elmer runs off to fetch his gun, you can see there is a carrot near his feet on the ground. But when he returns, the carrot has gone.

Continuity mistake: When the robot tries to punch Bugs, you can see there is nothing behind Bugs, but in the next shot a fence suddenly appears.
