Continuity mistake: When Thumper is scolded for poking fun at Bambi, he places both arms behind his back and recites a quote from his father. But in the following shot where Bambi rises to his feet and walks away, Thumper's arms are now instantly out in front of him. (00:10:25)
Continuity mistake: In the final scenes at the airport, when Rick is talking to Major Strasser, the epaulettes on Strasser's shoulders alternately appear and disappear. (01:40:05)
Continuity mistake: Near the start, when the kid is holding the card of Babe Ruth in his hand, the position of his fingers on the card changes between shots.
Continuity mistake: When Woody has the landing gear lowered on the burning airliner, only the right main gear comes down. When Pappy warns him that the other gear isn't down, he pulls up and goes around. As the camera pans over the plane, it shows the left gear down, and the right up. Then when Woody retracts the gear, once again the right one is down.
Continuity mistake: After their first number, Ted and Jim are in their dressing room, Jim is buttoning his left cuff and then pulls down his right sleeve. In the next shot, he does this again.
Continuity mistake: When Abbott and Costello are on the train. Costello walks over to see the guys playing poker. In the background a man closes the back door of the train. As Costello passes you see the door is open again and the same guy closes it again. (00:17:10)
Continuity mistake: When Spencer Tracy takes Katharine Hepburn to the baseball game (about 20 minutes into the film), several plays supposedly from that game are shown. Some of the plays take place on a diamond that has a well manicured dirt path from the pitchers mound to home plate, while others take place on a diamond with an all grass infield and no path.
Continuity mistake: The closeup of the Soda City calendar shows a much heavier coating of spider webs than the previous shot.
Continuity mistake: In the dressing room scene just before Mr. Albee's visit, as Jerry Cohan is talking he wraps a scarf around his neck. He leaves one end outside of the dressing gown, but in the next shot, both ends are tucked in.
Continuity mistake: When Princess Shalmar, Orville, and Jeff are confronted by Kasim as they are escaping, Orville is wearing a flat topped hat to carry a load on his head with. Kasim uncovers the "hidden" Jeff, Orville steps back into scene and he is now wearing a different hat that looks like a fez wrapped in a turban.
Continuity mistake: During the final battle scene, there are two shots showing a kicking horse lying on the ground, with one of Haroun al Rashid's soldiers (dead, most likely) pinning it down at its neck. In the first shot, one of Kamar's soldiers lies in front of its flailing hooves, but in the next shot, an al Rashid warrior drives a Kamar soldier backwards, tripping him across the lying horse - and the Kamar warrior from the first shot is gone. My guess is that the cuts were originally in reversed order but re-arranged for the scene.
Continuity mistake: When Donald complains that he wants to fly while peeling potatoes, the potato he is holding has peel at the bottom of it, but when we see the potato in the next shot, the peel has gone.
Continuity mistake: Bela Lugosi offers John Berkes a cigar ("a real Havana"), but when he's relaxing, he calls him by his 'street' name, Fingers. The man nervously brings a hand to his collar, but at the cut Fingers' fingers are gone out of frame. (00:06:30)
Continuity mistake: When Alice feels like she's being stalked on the street, she stops and holds onto a lamp post. Next scene, she's standing next to the lamp post instead.
Continuity mistake: When the General gives Donald a piece of paper to sign, the wording on the paper changes between shots.
Continuity mistake: When Daffy sees Dr Jerkyl's house, he is holding a telegram in his hand that disappears when we see him in the next shot.
Continuity mistake: When Ala Bahma asks Bugs if he wants some blackberry pie, he produces a pie and pushes into Bugs' face. At this point, you can that the poster around the hole of Bugs' home in the tree has writing on it, but in the next shot when Bugs takes some pastry off his face, the writing has disappeared.
Continuity mistake: When Porky is in the air after being blasted by the two sticks of dynamite, the objects around him change position between shots.
Continuity mistake: When Elmer opens the door and finds Bugs at the dressing table in ladies' underwear, you can see the door is positioned on the left hand side of the frame. But when we see Bugs, the door is now on the right hand side.
Continuity mistake: With very little petrol available, the Bronski's chauffeur uses a horse to tow the car. Once they are at the theatre, the chauffeur pulls on the reins and gets down to open the car door, so the Bronskis can get out. Between pulling to a stop and the Bronskis being out, the reins have vanished.
