Water's Edge - S3-E3
Factual error: Pete Taylor's corpse is a bare skeleton after just two years in the sea-shack's attic, though it shouldn't be. There should at least be traces of hair and clothing surrounding the bones. (00:40:00)
Episode Six - S3-E6
Factual error: Dave and Nessa's wedding is meant to be on 13th June and at the end supposedly 6 months later Nessa, Gavin and Stacey are sat on the sea wall in beautiful sunshine in summery clothes when it should be middle of December.
Factual error: In the opening scene Addison and Pete are running on treadmills side by side. They are seen increasing their speeds to 8 mph and above. Addison even had hers to 10.1 mph yet they are both still talking, smiling, and laughing easily. 10 mph is a very fast speed for humans and they would not be able to laugh or even speak at those speeds. Class of Beverly Hills - S1-E1
Factual error: In this debut episode of the show, Andrea takes a bus home to "Van Nuys." After showing the bus heading to the valley on the 405 freeway, as she exits the bus, the street sign states "Gramercy Pl" which is in L.A. (not Van Nuys or the San Fernando Valley where she is supposed to be in). In addition, her house shows 548 to be the address. All addresses in Van Nuys are either four or five digits.
Factual error: The battalion commander wears the correct crown and pip of a lieutenant-colonel, but the four cuff rings of a full colonel (lieutenant-colonels wore three).
Nothing Seems the Same - S4-E1
Factual error: Nothing Seems the Same: The bus has Seattle Department of Corrections printed on the side. There is no Seattle Department of Corrections. Corrections in Seattle are done by King County Jail or Washington State Department of Corrections. (00:05:07)
Factual error: When Nasedo kidnaps Liz, he stops in a gas station to leave the FBI another clue. As he is pulling into the station, the sign above the gas pumps misspells the word "brakes" as "breaks."
Katie Girls - S3-E3
Factual error: Randall flies out last minute across the country to Los Angeles to be at his sister's side for her surgery. The scene where he arrives at the hospital and meets up with her husband Toby in The Waiting Room is prefaced by an exterior shot of the supposed hospital building. The sign outside the hospital indicates the name as "Sutter Health Alta Bates Summit Medical Center," which is a hospital in Berkeley - the San Francisco Bay Area - about 400 miles north of Los Angeles. (00:19:30)
Episode #1.1 - S1-E1
Factual error: There is a view of the night sky in southern Africa. However, both the Big and Little Dippers (along with Polaris) are visible. In general, these constellations are not visible in the southern hemisphere, and where they are (North of 1° South latitude) they are very close to the horizon. The Big Dipper (Ursa Major) is to the left of the screen and Polaris (part of the Little Dipper = Ursa Minor) in near the top-center. This occurs shortly after the lion cub scene. (00:44:00)
Framing of the Shrews - S3-E29
Factual error: Alison is in her office in Hong Kong and takes a telephone call from Brooke, calling from D&D in Los Angeles. It is daylight outside Alison's window and the office is busy around Brooke. There is a 15-hour time difference between Hong Kong and Los Angeles; it is not possible to have normal business hours in both locations at the same time. (00:14:00)
Factual error: During the flash back of 1912, one of the characters pulls an American note out for Damon, and it had the date 2016 or 2010 on. (00:13:00)
Suggested correction: That's not the date. The blue number is basically the serial number, not the date. The series date would be in too fine of print to see in the shot of the bill.
Factual error: Emily is in Paris when her boyfriend calls from Chicago and wakes her. She asks the time which he says is 7pm, and she says 3am in Paris, which cannot be. Central European Time is 6 hours ahead of NY and 7 from Chicago. 7 pm in Chicago would be 2 AM in Paris.
Factual error: Pierre Bezukhov's spectacles are of the type with nose pads, which were not invented until the late 1920's.
Factual error: LtCol Baisley has his name and U.S. Army patches on the wrong side of his uniform. He has the Army patch on his right side instead of on the left. (00:33:00)
Factual error: S 49/E 5-12: Victoria and Ashland's wedding was in Italy. While in Italy the characters made calls back to Genoa City, Wisconsin and always apologized for the time difference and for disturbing them. In fact, it should have been the other way around since there is a 7-hour time difference with Italy being ahead. There were scenes where they claiming it was morning or night in Genoa City when it should have been morning or night based on the time of the scenes in Italy.
Factual error: The map of the western United States shown during the weather report at the start of the episode shows some states drawn incorrectly. Idaho's entire western border is a straight line, whereas in real life, Oregon has a horn-shaped indentation on its northeastern border that it shares with Idaho. Idaho also looks like a crude staircase, with the southwestern border of Montana going down to central Wyoming, whereas that area in real life is around the northwestern part of Wyoming.
Factual error: At about 8 minutes in, Grace's ex-husband is talking about flash flooding and water mixing with electricity. He's makes a comment about going up like Gary Gilmore. Gilmore was executed by firing squad and not in the electric chair.
Islands in the Stream - S2-E12

Factual error: Sergeant Bumpher never wears any rank insignia. He appears to just be a constable.
Episode #1.5 - S1-E5
