Other mistake: When the gang is in the Hall of Statues of Past Avatars, Katara points out the avatar cycle pattern of statues and Aang zeroes in on Roku's statue. The earthbender avatar statue next to Roku is of an unknown man with a sword, not Kiyoshi. (00:12:50 - 00:13:35)
The Legend of Sleepy Halliwell - S6-E14
Other mistake: In previous episodes it is stated that good witches don't freeze. But after Piper has been decapitated and her head is placed in the manor, one of the students freezes all the kids by tapping into Piper's freezing power. The kids are all good witches so they should not have frozen.
Other mistake: When Rube is searching the hard-copy (paper) archives, the young man with him opens the last box and pulls out an old "Wanted" poster with Rube's face on it. He tells Rube "This guy looks just like you." Since season 1, episode 1, we've known that Grim Reapers don't look like they did when they were alive (i.e., Millie/Un-George). Yet somehow, Rube has not changed since his life/death.
Other mistake: Although Diane Murphy played "Annabelle", she is listed in the closing credits as having played "Diane". (00:25:00)
Other mistake: When Spike is thrown out of the base by Megatron at the end of the episode, Optimus calls him 'Splik'.
Other mistake: When assembling the Zeo Megazord, Zeo Zord V is the last to join, forming the head and back of the Zeo Megazord. When it has connected, we see all 5 Rangers slide down simultaneously into the head of the Zeo Megazord. Where it is piloted from and where did they slide down? The head has only just joined, and the other 4 Zeo Zord forms the rest of the body - not enough time for them ALL to slide up, and then back down again.
Other mistake: In the CIC, Tigh challenges Apollo and asks why he isn't in the brig. Shortly after Apollo begins to explain the plan for the search and rescue of the Raptor downed on Kobol. He refers to it as "Raptor 3" when it is Raptor 1 they are looking for. Raptor 3 was destroyed when they first jumped to Kobol, Raptor 2 escaped back to Galactica, and 1 fell to Kobol. The Raptor on Kobol is referred to as Raptor 1 throughout the rest of the episode and on preceding episodes.
Other mistake: Tails automatically knows Cosmo's name even before she introduces herself later on (English Dub version only).
Disharmony - S2-E17
Other mistake: At the very end, as Angel walks out the door he reflects in the panes of glass on the door. (00:42:10)
Heart of Ice - S1-E3
Other mistake: When Batman is watching the security footage of Victor Fries' accident, at first Fries is addressing the camera directly which follows him and pans according to his movements and Ferris Boyle interrupting him, which would suggest a second person was in the room with a handheld camera. But after Ferris Boyle enters the room and orders Fries' experiment terminated, there are several cuts from various angles in the room suggesting surveillance cameras. The surveillance style footage also often conveniently cuts to the face of whichever person happens to be speaking or will cut to a certain angle in order to put emphasis on the action, all of which would require multiple mounted cameras and purposeful editing by either Boyle or one of his subordinates, which would be completely illogical since they don't want anyone to see the footage in the first place. Other mistake: After the teens leave the command center, Rita sees this and orders the creation of her Putties. Her henchman slaps down a few things of clay into a mold loosely, that then show the perfect figurines of the putties coming out of them. However with the shape of the mold, there is no way that the clay would come out in shapes like that or with that detail. (00:11:35)
Formula 407 - S1-E12
Other mistake: At the start, the episode's textbox reads, "Fort Frazier Ordnance Testing Facility" with correct spelling, but in the next shot the base's sign reads, "Fort Frazier Ordinance Testing Facility" when it should actually be "Ordnance."
Other mistake: A time card reads 6,000,002 BC, when it should've read "60,000,002 BC". (00:07:12)
Other mistake: Eddie and Chelsea begin sharing notes in class. After Raven has picked it out of the trash, she reads what Eddie and Chelsea have put. Chelsea says, "Can't wait", but how could she? Eddie threw the note and it didn't reach her, just the floor, so Chelsea never read it nor make a reply.
Other mistake: In one of the final scenes, Bruce is talking to his father and everyone in the church is "frozen" in a vision. Watch carefully and you can see some people moving slightly.
The Elements of Harmony (2) - S1-E2
Other mistake: At the end of the episode when Princess Celestia is talking to Twilight Sparkle you can see that Princess Celestia's tail is on top of her leg instead of in-between. It's covering her cutie mark.
Other mistake: Season 2, Episode 20: "To the Lighthouse" - In the flashbacks to the jungle, John is considerably younger. Sarah however, is not. Adults don't change nearly as much as a child would in the same time period, but this is a pretty big jump back in time. John is only a child in the flashbacks, putting Sarah in her mid to late 20s. Yet she still looks 35 and even has the exact same skin and facial structure.
Other mistake: If you look closely at the army of Rangers in the opening credits, you can see four versions of Tommy Oliver: Green Ranger, White Ranger, Zeo Ranger Red, Black Dino Ranger. Even though he had a single clone made, he can't be four variations at the same time.
The Debt (2) - S3-E7
Other mistake: At the end when it shows that Xena did kill the "green dragon", you can see his eyes move when the camera pans around his face to show the hair clip in his temple.
Other mistake: Beast Boy and Wildebeest fight in a cage suspended in an endless room, with no solid ground underneath. But during the fight both combatants keep stepping onto the gaps formed by the cage bars without their feet falling through, as if the cage bars on the bottom side are merely painted onto a solid surface. For instance, watch Beast Boy's feet when he turns into a skunk.
Suggested correction: Given that these are literal monsters and a witch living on the moon after being imprisoned for 10,000 years, I don't think we can say for certain what their machinery will do.

This is speculating too much. Practically making the same argument that it's OK because magic. The general physics of what is being displayed on the screen doesn't match up with how the clay fits into the mold even in the slightest.

What Quantom is saying is that they are using a press die to create the mold for the putties and no matter how you look at it, the volume of clay going into the mold is not enough to create the detail seen on the putties.

It's not just that, but the shapes don't match up at all. He does the equivalent of putting clay into a round hole and getting a square out of it.
