Factual error: Bessie says she was going to study veterinary medicine at Texas A and M. That would have been approximately 1940. Neither women nor people of colour were admitted to TAMU until 1963 so she could not have even been able to apply.
Bug Off/The Crawl Space - S9-E5
Continuity mistake: In Moving Away, Tommy tells the other Rugrats how they first met when Angelica lied about the nasty things they did. However in the Crawl Space, there is a flashback of Tommy, Chuckie, Phil and Lil playing in the playpen when they were younger. Chuckie is scared of the Jack-in-a-box in that flashback, so the Rugrats could not have met for the first time back then.
Continuity mistake: During the second review of the class's commercials, a pink paper airplane changes hands between Tony and Angela without being tossed or passed.
Factual error: In "The State Vs. Chip Douglas", Ernie finds his missing 1914-D penny when it falls out of his pocket. A close-up shows an Indian head penny lying on the floor. The problem is that Indian head pennies were not minted after 1909.
Coffee Quest/Phoenix Rises - S1-E18
Other mistake: In Phoenix Rises, when Phoenix runs away, the Big Coffee sign is missing.
Factual error: The conversation between Taylor and Michelle tells us that school is over for the day and that Taylor talked to her crush at lunch. When the boy shows up at the bakery later, he and Taylor plan to meet at 3 that afternoon; if its before 3, they should still be in school.
Factual error: When Ralph goes out the window onto the fire escape to save Ed the first time in the episode, Alice is looking out the window (to her right) telling Trixie all the step by step movements of both men, ending with, "and he's taking him right into your window." The Norton's live directly upstairs from the Kramdens, but Alice never changes the direction she's looking at the whole time. She should be looking straight up as Ralph leads Ed into their window. There is no other window to the right. (00:02:30 - 00:03:04)
Winning Through Intimidation - S1-E15
Continuity mistake: Panik's Metal Guardian can be seen on the field several minutes before he actually plays it. (00:10:30 - 00:13:00)
Continuity mistake: In the episode where Fester invents a fabric: When Fester lies down on the parking lot, his head is first pointing upwards, towards a car, then in the next shot he has turned 90 degrees and his head is pointing towards Norman's legs.
Factual error: When PC Plum picks up a set of keys from the table, Eadie McCredie claims they are her keys for her minibus. She drives an LDV Convoy minibus and the key is from a Vauxhall, a completely different design.
The Great Voice Robbery - S1-E3
Audio problem: Several times throughout the episode while the characters are speaking in other people's voices the spoken words don't match the lip movements.
The Accident - S1-E1
Visible crew/equipment: When Alex goes into the garage for the first time, a camera and camera operator can been seen reflected in the saw.
Polly Wants a Treasure - S1-E8
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Baloo and Kit walk through the Sea Duck's cargo area to try and find who they think is a stowaway, Baloo lifts a crate of fragile crystal glasses over his head. The crate rotates between shots, judging by its red "Fragile" stamp.
Continuity mistake: While Gene plays guitar and sings "Back In The Saddle Again," a close-up shows the chuck wagon cook waving his ladle back and forth in time with the music. In the following long shot, the cook is leaning over and dipping the ladle into a stew pot.
Audio problem: During the opening credits, the sound effect of the ringing telephone continues to play after Donna Reed has picked up the receiver and is talking on the phone. (00:00:03 - 00:00:30)
Gopherville - S1-E1
Other mistake: In "Sock Safari", when Toopy finds a red thread, his left hand with his glove disappears instantly.
Claudia and the Secret Passage - S1-E8
Continuity mistake: Dawn enters the library wearing open back clogs and exits minutes later in white sneakers and socks.
Continuity mistake: In the close-up of putting the lids on the bottles, Mat's hands have 5 fingers (briefly done by a real person instead of the puppets). However, throughout the series, the duo is consistently 4-fingered - and that includes other close-ups that were also created with real hands briefly replacing the animation.
Other mistake: When Teela is at Snake Mountain, she overhears TrapJaw saying how Skeletor's electrical creature will control all of the machines at the palace. When Teela returns to He-Man, she says that the creature Skeletor created is called Byte. There's no way for Teela to know the name of the creature, since TrapJaw never referred to it by name. (00:14:24 - 00:15:20)
Factual error: The forces of Cassiopeia all sport the crown-like "W" sign which is the shape of that constellation... but only as seen from earth! These five points in three-dimensional space (like all star signs named after anything) look like that when viewed from our own planet; but from anywhere else, they aren't shaped like that at all. Why would they chose to see themselves through a very specific angle of view from some other distant planet (earth)?
