They decide to visit the drive-thru where Rudi works to see if she has any idea. Before Rudi comes over to the window, there is a big woman who calls for her. This woman is James Corden's (Smithy's) sister in real life. She's called Ruth, which is also Smithy's sister's name (Rudi is her nickname).

Trivia: The anime TV series, originally scheduled to debut on Japanese television in October 2001, was delayed in respect for the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks in the United States. The Japanese release of an anime TV series about teenagers fighting international terrorists was considered tactless so soon after the attacks against the U.S. by international terrorists. It was released January 8, 2002, three months after its originally announced premier date.

One Foot in the Grave picture

Trivia: The Christmas Special that aired in 1995, was initially intended as the series' finale, and would have seen Victor being killed while saving Margaret who was being attacked by a madman. The 1997 special was then intended to end the series with Margaret dying from a heart attack brought on from the strain of Victor's misadventures, but on both occasions the production crew got cold feet. It wasn't until the final series in 2000 that the team, in David Renwick's words, "plucked up the courage to kill Victor."

The Osbournes picture Video

Trivia: Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne purchased a $6,300,000 mansion in Beverly Hills in 1999, three years before they starred in MTV's hit reality television show, "The Osbournes" (2002-2006). Bizarrely, the Prince of Darkness moved in next door to Pat Boone, the wholesome white bread Christian singing sensation of the 1950s and 1960s...and the two neighbors got on famously. Their neighborly friendship was such that Ozzy wanted to use Pat Boone's godawful 1997 cover of "Crazy Train" as the TV series theme song. MTV thought Boone would never agree to it, so they didn't even ask him; instead, MTV hired a Pat Boone impersonator to re-record the song. Later, MTV was amazed when Pat Boone himself said he would have gladly consented to them using his song, if they had only asked. Pat and Ozzy thought it was hilarious.

Trivia: Robin Williams improvised so much of his dialogue that the show's writers finally stopped writing his lines and just left blank space in the scripts with cues and prompts for him.

Suggested correction: I'm researching Mork and Mindy for a feature. Contemporary interviews say Robin Williams was given leeway to improvise but this was only about 5% of an episode. These were probably done in rehearsals and incorporated into the final scripts. It would be impossible to film each episode if Williams wholly improvised as the cameras wouldn't know if he was going to hit his marks (i.e. where any actor needs to be so is in frame) and for other cast to react to. So partly true but not the whole story.

The Boys picture

Trivia: Simon Pegg's extended cameo as Hughie's father is a specific nod to the comics - the look of "Wee Hughie" in the original comics was based on Simon Pegg. Artist Darick Robertson said "it was important to capture an innocence but tough determination in Hughie. Two things that seemed to contradict each other and somehow in early sketches he kept looking too old. When I saw Simon Pegg in Spaced I thought he captured that balance perfectly." Pegg knew he was too old to play the character himself, but was happy to play his father.
