Trivia: When they power-up the Death Star, the control panel is a Grass Valley switcher, production equipment which is still prevalent in television stations everywhere.
Trivia: This is for the trailer rather than for the final film, but worth a look. At 1:33 in the trailer, just after seeing Rorschach slam someone against a wall, we see another fight. Pause it and look at the guy in black - he's holding a walkie-talkie, which in the next shot becomes a gun. This is only trivia, not a mistake, because it's only valid for the trailer. The MPAA don't allow guns to be pointed at the screen in trailers, so Zack Snyder, in a tribute to the infamous gun-editing from E.T., replaced the gun in that one shot with a walkie-talkie. Trivia: When Mort smashes the shower door, the hole left in the glass looks like a small, four-legged animal with a screwdriver in its neck - which is how Shooter kills his dog.
Trivia: When Wall-E opens his truck for the first time in the film, we see several wide shots of the interior. In the first close up shot of the shelves containing Wall-E's treasures, there is a shelf containing two bowling pins. Look between the heads of the pins and you can see Rex from Toy Story sitting on the shelf between them. (00:06:05)

Trivia: Author and writer of the book and script William Peter Blatty has a cameo early in this film. He plays the producer trying to have a word with director Burke Dennings on the movie set before Burke turns his attention to Chris MacNeil. William Peter Blatty is the middle eastern-looking guy with the black hair and moustache, which is natural since his mother is originally from Lebanon.
Trivia: When Burnett and Lowrey take a car to chase the van, the driver is American footballer Dan Marino. The driver of the red and white car who stops and calls Burnett a freak is the film's director Michael Bay. (01:22:35)
Trivia: A popular film poster shows Emily and Victor reaching their hands toward one another. Emily's bony hand is on her right and Victor's suit and vest are backwards (note its buttons). Some say it was for legal reasons - Johnny Depp's name was supposed to appear on the poster first because of a contract, and they wanted the characters underneath the corresponding star names, hence the issue. Others say it was simply because the picture looked better with the bride on the right side.
Trivia: When Skinner stops chasing Remy, a mime artist is visible in the background. This man is none other than Bomb Voyage, a character from The Incredibles, Pixar's previous production. (01:17:30)
