Continuity mistake: Near the end of the film, on the train ride out of the Hive, Rain is quite close to becoming undead. When she speaks, we notice her teeth are still "movie-star white". However, a few shots later, when she becomes a zombie, she sort of hisses where you can see it has taken what couldn't have been more than a few mere minutes for her teeth to become brown and discolored. Continuity mistake: Near the end of the movie, the panel has JPE 1704 TKS showing, but when Joshua finds the launch code, CPE 1704 TKS is blinking on the screen.
Continuity mistake: When Bond escapes from the Willard Whyte facility in the desert in the moon buggy, a car that is chasing him goes over a ridge and turns on its side, as the buggy speeds by. A wheel rolls back into the shot, all on its own. It doesn't belong to the car or the three-wheelers also chasing, but looks like it belongs to the buggy, which has its full complement of wheels all through the scene.
Continuity mistake: The beginning of the movie is set on Thursday, the day after Jim died, and Bridgette's face was just fine. Later in the movie, on Saturday, Bridgette was at the funeral with cuts and stitches on her face. Then, the movie goes back to Tuesday, the day before Jim died, and they show Bridgette running into the glass door and cutting her face. So if it happened on Tuesday, the first scene of the movie (Thursday) should have shown the cuts on her face.
Continuity mistake: Jodie Foster has very blue eyes. When they flashback to her childhood, when she is crossing the lawn to greet her father, the girl playing the young Clarice has dark eyes. (00:20:10)

Continuity mistake: Terence Stamp takes out a pursuing vehicle by reversing his own car into it at high speed and pushing it over a cliff. When he subsequently drives off, amazingly there's no damage at all to the rear of his car. Shortly before, it is peppered with gunshot holes which mysteriously disappear.
Continuity mistake: While breaking down the bathroom door with the axe, Jack repeatedly strikes and damages the right hand panel, but as he turns away from the door (when he hears the snow-cat) both left and right panels have been damaged.

When they come ashore on Blofeld's volcano island, Bond takes off his shirt to reveal a grey ninja outfit underneath, complete with huge rubber suction cups for his hands and knees. Where did he hide all that?
Continuity mistake: In the scene where the girl jumps to her death from the balcony, it shows her hitting the car towards the right halfway onto the windshield. Then in the next shot, it shows her lying right in the middle of the roof of the car. (00:04:05)

Suggested correction: Eye color also can change with age. This happens in 10 to 15 percent of the Caucasian population (people who generally have lighter eye colors).
Babies born with blue eyes can develop brown or darker eyes as melanin is produced. And while eye color can get lighter with age (older than Clarice usually), a child her age with brown eyes won't develop blue eyes. They could turn green maybe, but not the blue color seen.

I just rewatched the scene you were talking about and they're not blue eyes they're actually hazel and the adult Clarice could be wearing contact lenses.
