Continuity mistake: When we see Daffy Duck hiding behind the tree at the start of the cartoon, you can see that behind him on the left there is nothing in the background, but when we see wiping the sweat off his face with a towel in the next shot, trees have suddenly appeared.
Continuity mistake: When Porky emerges after his mauling from the gorilla, his face is covered in scratches, but when he is speaking to the Ajax Broadcasting Company on the telephone, the scratches have disappeared.
Continuity mistake: When Bugs Bunny crosses the finish line, you can see there is only grass next to the road. But in the next shot, kerbing appears out of nowhere.
Continuity mistake: Before Tom is about to draw a line on the alarm clock on the blueprint, you can see on the left hand side of the clock there is an "A" and an arrow, and on the right hand side is some writing. When Tom draws the line, the "A", arrow and writing have all disappeared.
Revealing mistake: Harold Lloyd is trying to cross a busy intersection. Apparently the scene was double-exposed. As one car passes by, it appears translucent and the streetcar tracks can be seen through it.
Continuity mistake: When the big dog points his gun towards the hole in the log, the length of the log changes between shots.
Other mistake: After the fade out, the "The End" board shows it as an "MGM Tom and Jerry Cartoon." The two stars were not in this short at all.
Continuity mistake: When Jerry launches his egg carton, there are initially three light bulbs in the back, but when he releases the bulbs, there are now four.
Continuity mistake: When the dogs run away from the Mexican hairless dog after thinking she's a skunk, the Mexican dog's ears are pointing up but in the next shot they are pointing down.
Audio problem: When Daffy says "Easy does it" when he slumps in his chair, his beak doesn't move.
Continuity mistake: When the shopkeeper hears Prissy breaking his eggs, he is holding a pencil in his right hand, but when he turns around the pencil is nowhere to be seen.
Continuity mistake: When Oliver falls into the fountain with the wooden crate, you can tell the crate is empty because it is floating. But when we see a close-up of Oliver in the next shot, the crate has been weighed down and is not floating.
Continuity mistake: When Spike grabs Tom's whiskers and threatens him, the background behind them changes from a fence to blue sky between shots.
Continuity mistake: When Porky Pig kicks Charlie Dog out of the house, the door only has a handle on it, but when Charlie climbs down from the window and lands on Porky, the handle now has a keyhole with it.
Continuity mistake: When Stan and Oliver set the trunk on fire, the trunk flies up into the air and lands upside down. In the next shot, the trunk is now the right-side up.
Continuity mistake: When Woody enters the café and sits at the table, Miss Meanie pours him a glass of water. The glass disappears in the next shot.
Continuity mistake: When Sam is going to the widow's house, he is carrying a box of chocolates and a bunch of flowers, but when he arrives at the door, the chocolates have disappeared and the flowers are completely different.
Continuity mistake: In this 1933 Mickey Mouse short, Mickey dreams he is in a mad doctor's castle. He opens an inner door and finds a second door behind it. He then finds a third, fourth and fifth door. When a sixth door swings open and he is able to enter the mad doctor's lair, the other five doors have vanished.
Continuity mistake: When Sandy is watching the chef toss hot cakes at the American Grill at the start of the cartoon, you can see there is a jug and some dishes at the far end of the counter, but when the camera pans in on the chef, the jug and dishes are now much closer to him.
Continuity mistake: When the Coyote is pursuing the Road Runner at the start of the cartoon, he is holding a fork in his left hand and a knife in his right. But when we see the Coyote a few seconds later, he is now holding the knife in his left and the fork in his right.
