Factual error: When Watson is pinned down by Moran at the arms factory in Germany, he hides behind a large artillery piece. He looks around and sees a pair of hearing protection. They appear to be modern hearing protection ear muffs, wrapped with cloth to make them look period. They have plastic clips to detach the ear cups from the metal band, which gives them away as being modern. They appear to be Peltor style hearing protection.
Continuity mistake: Lady Raven arrives at the Coopers' place and starts talking to the wife. Cooper's watch is set to 1:35. An instant cut later it's set to 1:20.
Continuity mistake: When Peacemaker kills Rick Flag by stabbing him in the heart, the depth of the object changes between the close-up shot of Peacemaker's hand and the next shot, where we can see the part sticking out of Flag's chest has increased. This is before Peacemaker hits the object deeper. (01:31:05)
Continuity mistake: In the gas station scene after Ellen learns that Phil has drowned, she is so distraught she forgets to put the gas cap on and we can see it on the roof of her car as she drives away. But when she arrives at the police station we can see that the gas cap is on. (01:10:20)
Continuity mistake: Throughout the scene where Roland and Maud are sitting on the floor looking through the things in the box from Ash's grave, the head of Maud's hairclip switches constantly from one side of her head to the other.

Visible crew/equipment: When Helen is handcuffed by the cops after being accused of having killed her friend Bernadette in her house and runs through the living room, the camera shadow is visible on her chest and on the wall behind her. (01:01:25)

Continuity mistake: After Bill punches the door open at the end of the alley, the old couple get up and escape. There is a wooden barrel and trash in the corner where they were hiding. She sneaks her way inside the "employees only" area, loses her cover (the guy bringing clothes upstairs), still with the bag looking the same, but the moment she enters Emily's office in a rush, she is wearing her bag across the chest, right shoulder strap, bag on the left side. Continuity mistake: At the end, when Sam places the last few mini figurines on the hex riser display, note the house's chimney stack faces to the right, but when Sam picks up the display the chimney faces to the left. After Jesse places his gun on the kitchen counter and pours himself a drink, Jessie heads over to the den to listen to Jenn's message again, and he takes a seat in the den.
