Revealing mistake: When Alferd runs from the saloon with a lynch mob behind him, we can see a line in the dirt ahead of him that serves as a marker for where he is supposed to run.
Revealing mistake: Near the end of the film, the mayor, played by Jim Backus, is speaking to Elliot the dragon, who is invisible. The mayor has a cigar in his mouth and smashes it when he turns to greet Elliot. The scene is accomplished by having Backus turn and smash the cigar into a large pane of glass. However, the reflections on the glass are visible.
Revealing mistake: After Alice falls down the hole, into the leaves, she gets up and runs down a stone to follow the White Rabbit. As she runs down the stone, it quite visibly squashes down under he feet, revealing that it is foam.
