Audio problem: When Fagin is on the shipyard dock getting ready to tell Sykes his debt repayment plan, he walks over to the door and reaches for an intercom buzzer. Fagin never actually presses a button, but somehow the buzzer goes off right before Sykes is heard on the loudspeaker. Instead, he simply touches a random spot on the door and a buzzer sounds in response. (00:50:55)
Audio problem: Near the start when Mufasa says "let me explain" to Simba his mouth doesn't move.
Audio problem: After Ben eats the brownie Mal gives him in the carriage, you hear Ben say Mal's name but his mouth never moves.

Audio problem: When Davey is burping in the china restaurant and all those people's glasses break, you can hear the glass break at least 1 1/2 seconds before any glass actually breaks.

Audio problem: In the very first scene of the movie when Bobby is recreating his performance at the Coconut Grove, the actions of the band are out of sync with the music we hear. (Bobby is in sync, but the band is not.) Watch the hands of the drummer and the band leader: The entire scene is out of sync, but when the drummer moves to the ride cymbal you can easily see he is ahead of the music, and when the band leader gives the band cues for accents, his hand movements are behind the music and therefore happen too late.
Audio problem: While Bing Crosby sings "White Christmas," he is playing the piano. However, the piano is never heard.
Audio problem: There is a clear lip-sync problem in the boat scene, after Eugene takes out the lanterns.
