Trivia: Rudolph and others visit the island of misfit toys and promise to help them. In the original version, the Misfits don't get mentioned again, and the producers were swamped with letters from children, upset that the Misfits didn't get the help they were promised. A new scene was produced and included in future versions, where Santa and Rudolph give the toys new homes.

Trivia: The throttle control in Speed Racer's car is the throttle control from Saitek's X52 Flight System.

Trivia: When Ted opens a drawer looking for a nail for the Once-ler, a Minion figurine (from Despicable Me) is shown in the drawer.

Trivia: At the beginning of the film, when baby Tarzan is blowing spit bubbles, the bubbles look a lot like Mickey Mouse. It's a long standing Disney tradition to put "hidden Mickeys" in their movies.

Trivia: While Steve Martin and Nina are discussing the Wedding Coordinator, Martin says they will end up broke and walking the sidewalks in a bathrobe. Martin did exactly that in 1979's The Jerk.

Trivia: When Charlie and Fulton go to the amusement park, an arcade attendant jokes with them about playing hooky. The man who plays the arcade attendant in this movie also played an unnamed celebrity at Coach Bombay's party in D2, and the same man played a lawyer in the first movie. He also happens to be the movie's screenwriter, Steven Brill.

Trivia: When Molt sheds his entire skin from being scared of the ants, the skin is the model that they use before they add the color.

Trivia: Not only is this Michael J. Fox's first movie, David Naughton, the main star, is drinking a Dr. Pepper with his dinner. Naughton was the Dr. Pepper pitchman in the mid 70's.

Trivia: After Winnie and Tigger try to distract Kanga by saying "is that a fish in that tree?", there is a new exterior shot of Piglet's house with some trees in the corners in the foreground. There is a fish in one of them.

Trivia: The dragon in the book that Eragon finds in Brom's house is the same one on the flag of wales, but in color.

Trivia: When Coach Bombay is talking to the old store owner guy while he sharpens a skate and whatnot, there is a picture of Mike Modano hanging up behind them. Modano was the Minnesota North Star's first overall pick in the 1988 entry draft. He even stayed with them when they moved to Dallas in 1993.

Trivia: When Wayne and Diane are looking for the machine in the lab's storage room, the box next to her has "Ark of the Covenant - Top Secret" written on it, from Raiders of the Lost Ark.

Trivia: The seedy motel sequences were shot at the Wampum Court Motel in Sylmar, CA, a 1950s relic that had definitely seen better days. To enhance the fleabag image, two gaudily-painted signs were added for the film, touting "air conditioning" and the deliberately misspelled "kitchins."

Trivia: Hayley Mills mom accidentally mistook Hayley Mills stunt double for Hayley. Hayley's mom tapped the double on her head and said "Hayley come on."

Trivia: Norma Jean and Memphis are named for Marilyn Monroe and Elvis. Elvis is from Memphis, Tennessee and some of Memphis's movements are like his. Norma Jean is Marilyn Monroe's birth name and Norma Jean sings like her.

Trivia: When Scooby and Shaggy are at a club, Shaggy talks to Mr. Wickles. He says something about Scooby's nose. The man who is sitting next to Scooby is Neil Fanning, the man who does the voice of Scooby-Doo.

Trivia: Miley Cyrus has a brief cameo at the end of the film in the musical number "All For One". She is seen in a quick close-up, wearing a yellow top, dancing with other people on the rocks around the pool.

Trivia: The boy who played Owen received a dog just like Nelly at the end of shooting the film. The crew pretended it was an extra scene so he would be surprised.

Trivia: When all the sharks are sitting around the table, Lenny coughs up several items including a license plate. This is the same license plate from both "Jaws" and "Deep Blue Sea." (01:10:35)
