Continuity mistake: While being chased by the 3 BMWs, the passenger's headrest of the Dodge minivan driven by Brad changes from a 1-piece (part of the seat), to a headrest that you can adjust the height and it keeps changing during the scene.
Continuity mistake: When Matilda makes the chalk write the message on the blackboard, the writing changes. Watch the "Agatha," especially. The handwriting changes and the comma changes length, as well as most of the message changing. Also at the end of the message Matilda "writes" two long lines under it, which cross over. Yet later when Miss Trunchbull flies off the globe you can see there is just one line under the message, not two. (01:20:20 - 01:23:00)
Continuity mistake: At the beginning "Pete" asks Violet for her autograph on a time card. She signs it and the "T" is not crossed, and when Pete puts it on the board it is crossed. Then at the end when Violet's dad buys it from Pete it is again not crossed. Also if you look at the "V" when she signs it and after Pete puts it up they are different. And lastly, when Violet signs her last name it is spaced but when Pete puts it up it is jumbled together. Her signature is different all around. (00:01:30 - 01:27:30)
Continuity mistake: During the scene when Thomas Crown is sailing, you can see the weather change from very dark and stormy, to just cloudy, to blue sky and sun, depending on the shot. (00:36:30)
Continuity mistake: When Lady Ginette finds the cigar box containing the jewels in the freezer, there's two round gold things on it. The shot later, one of the object is smaller. Ice also appears on the box.
Revealing mistake: When Alice trips and falls on the staircase, the Woman gets on top of her and tries to stab her. Throughout their struggle, you can clearly see that Alice is in fact replaced by a stuntman. (01:28:00)
Continuity mistake: On the closeup with Sid sitting on the chair, you see two knitting needles, one on either side of his jacket. When Hatty and Sid are in view, the jacket completely covers the knitting needles, next shot, closeup again, needles seen again. (00:18:40)
Continuity mistake: At the mass hanging, when the singing begins, in one shot of the people (with the boy) standing at the gallows, the others down below, who wait at the head of the line, are also seen behind them singing. In a following shot, some at the head of the line differ.
Revealing mistake: During the scene where Jennifer Lopez does not have her body pillow, she has to use her friend/neighbor as a pillow so she can sleep. The nightshirt Jennifer is wearing allows you to see the fake pregnancy belly she has on.
Continuity mistake: When Miri takes her name tag at the reunion, it's sticking to the thumb of her right hand. In the next shot, it's sticking to the index finger of her left hand. (00:13:30)

Continuity mistake: After Evangeline has left with Aunt Adelaide, Nanny McPhee enters the children's room, and as she and Chrissie walk to the bed they pass Eric's, Lily's and Tora's beds, with the bare wood floor at the center - there is no rug. Revealing mistake: During the honeymoon sequence at the end of the film, if you look at the right top of the flowers in the vase during the "flowers covering nipples" bit, you can see a bit of red duct tape covering Liz Hurley's nipple from behind the flowers. (01:22:20)

Visible crew/equipment: At the beginning of the movie when Clark is entering his house and the camera angle is from inside, just as he opens the door there is something red on his front porch. If you look at any of the previous scenes, that red thing isn't there. Continuity mistake: When Mrs. Waterhouse walks into the livingroom and greets her three babies, there is a large area rug in front of the coffee table. However, as the babies fly towards her in the wide shot facing her, that area rug is gone! (00:22:55 - 00:23:50)
Continuity mistake: When drunken Stewie is talking at the breakfast table to Brian, Brian has bacon and only one egg on his plate. After Stewie leaps from the shelf, Brian suddenly has two eggs.
