Revealing mistake: Just after Boog breaks the dam and the deer herd is bounding across the dry riverbed, at the moment they realize they are going to be swept downstream by the wall of water, their legs disappear - just left out of the animation cell. Very obvious; no slow-mo needed to see.
Revealing mistake: When Sparky's tail pops off there is a hole where it popped off. But when the tail goes into the bucket the hole is gone.
Revealing mistake: At the end of the film, the screw is tapping on the window to get out and Hogarth moves to put the box down. The box completely vanishes from the shot for a few frames towards the end of the shot.

Revealing mistake: In the scene where Luigi offers his service to Van and Minny, Guido is juggling wheels. But when Guido finishes, you can see over his right lift that his one of his wheels is not rendered correctly, as it seems to overstep his bodywork.

The only lights in the hallway are suspended from the ceiling in the center. Yet the Phantom's shadow is cast to his right on the wall, when there are no lights to his left. (00:10:50)

When he turns around and begins typing on a hand held device for the cure to Muscular Dystrophy, he at first only turns half way around, being 90 degrees and now facing parallel to the window. Revealing mistake: During the scene when Scrooge is sitting in his armchair by the fire, the animation of the fire is badly looped and you can see it flickering as it finishes a cycle.
