Continuity mistake: When the doctor is putting the bandage on Laura's hand, it ends at her wrist. But later, the bandage goes all the way to her elbow.
Continuity mistake: Near the end, Rosemary is chased by Mrs Potts and Alysia. At first, Alysia stays behind. But suddenly she's right there, in amongst the action.
Character mistake: When Laura says that Alyssa was probably only sleeping with the doctor so he wouldn't be able to testify against her, the doctor says "She's my patient, nothing more." But she isn't his patient, her husband is.
Suggested correction: As Daniel's wife, it would make sense for Alicia to be registered as a patient with the same doctor.
Other mistake: At the end, Rosemary is attacked by Mrs Potts with a large knife that cuts Rosemary on the left arm, but there's no blood, anywhere.
Plot hole: Laura says she knows it's Sam's car in the accident because she recognised the registration number, but the car was angled down too deeply; there's no way she could have seen it.
Other mistake: When the girls see Dan in hospital, his IV is dripping, but in another shot we can see that the wheel on the IV that controls how fast the IV is dripping is turned off; it's right at the bottom, so it can't be dripping.
Other mistake: When we see Sam driving, not once does he turn the steering wheel, not even a centimetre, and not when he has a heart attack and collides with a truck.
Other mistake: If Laura's sore is only on the back of her hand, why does she need a bandage that goes all the way down to her elbow?
Continuity mistake: When Laura & Rosemary pull up in the Land Rover, seeing Sam's car in the ditch, Laura's seat belt is on, but in the next shot it's gone.
Other mistake: At the beginning, Alisa is supposed to be putting cream on her husband's left arm, but, while she has a great glob on her fingers, no cream ends up on the arm.
Continuity mistake: Right at the beginning, Laura throws a rock through her window that has a floral arrangement in it. But when we look at the windows again, none are broken.
Continuity mistake: The first time we see the land rover, Rosemary's hair is flat, with the window closed; then, suddenly, her hair is being blown around, as if the window is open to accommodate a camera.
Character mistake: When interviewed by the police, Rosemary says "You do know where the arrow came from? It came from Mr Danvers' collection." But Lyle, the resident archery expert, would have his own collection of bows and arrows.
Other mistake: At the end, when a policeman pulls an arrow out of Franklin's shoulder, there's no sign of pain or blood, on the arrow or on Franklin's clothes.
Continuity mistake: Laura finds the missing bow in the church, and it has the string attached, but when the policeman holds it up, the string is missing.
Plot hole: When Rosemary discovers the side door to the church and a plastic knock, from an arrow, on the floor, she jumps to the conclusion that the arrow was shot from the side door. This all makes sense - this knowledge is how they catch Mr Danvers - but there are too many branches from the Yew tree to make this possible.
Continuity mistake: There are two things going on at once - Mr Danvers and the girls are at the Danvers house while the archery lesson is going on - but suddenly they merge, with Mr Danvers and the girls at the archery lesson, which, time wise, isn't possible.
Other mistake: When Malcolm is found dead with an arrow in his chest, the arrow is pointing down at an angle, which means it came from someone high up, but, later, we find out it came from someone of around the same height and standing on the ground, not high up on a ladder, or on a rooftop, which it should be, to get that angle.
