Continuity mistake: At the very end of the episode when everyone is laughing about the name of the torte, food appears on the plate across from Dr. Krieger, but there is no torte on the plates when shown from the other camera angle. (00:20:15)
Continuity mistake: In "A Going Concern", Archer has the microchip implant removed that Nikolai had put in in "Dial M for Mother." When they put it in, they drilled a hole on Archer's left side and put the microchip in there. But now, the band-aid shows they removed the microchip from Archer's right side.
Heart of Archness: Part III - S3-E3
Continuity mistake: On the way to the helicopter, Archer stops the group to ask about the lacrosse game. Archer has the pirate held at gun point and the two are standing mere inches from each other, but when Archer says to Lana she is his only friend, the pirate is nowhere in sight.
Continuity mistake: When Burt Reynolds rams into the police car, the two officers inside the car both have moustaches, but when the police car flips and lands on top of the other police car, neither of the officers have any moustaches.
Continuity mistake: After Archer has been beaten up by the Yakuza member, he is lying on the ground whilst the leader is mocking him. Lana is standing with her hands by her side, but in the next shot, she suddenly has one hand on her hip. Pam also suddenly moves closer to Cyril and Lana when the shot cuts.
Continuity mistake: When Moreno is trying to get the border patrol cops to call for a helicopter, we see one has his arms around the other's neck, but in the next shot, his arms are around the other's waist.
Continuity mistake: In episode 6 - Once Bitten, Krieger is using the system, but has no training to do so. After Mallory berates him, Krieger states: "Yeah, I don't actually know how any of this works - that was the fat guy you killed". But the "fat guy" who does the satellite monitoring stuff doesn't die until this episode - a shock induced heart-attack after receiving a hard slap from Mallory.
Suggested correction: The episodes were aired out of order than what they were produced. "Coyote Lovely" was the 2nd episode of season 4 to be produced. So, as it was written, the fat guy dies before the events of "Once Bitten."
Continuity mistake: Mr. Rompers crosses in front of the clowns, one in blue, the other in purple, but in the next shot of Mr. Rompers the blue and purple clowns have disappeared.
Continuity mistake: The long shots of Mr. Rompers show the party guests standing with their hands at their sides, but other shots show the guests on their knees and their hands on their heads.
Continuity mistake: The champagne flute Veronica Dean is holding as she speaks with Archer disappears before the clown gang breaks in. She did not drop it, nor did a waiter take it from her.
Continuity mistake: While clumped together at the party, Cyril, Ray, and Pam are either standing elbow-to-elbow with each other or overlapping each other as the shot changes.
Continuity mistake: A couple at the party are drinking and change positions, they are either behind Ray and Cyril's shoulders, disappear, or show up over Pam's right shoulder.
Continuity mistake: During the conversation with the others at the party, Archer walks up to Pam's right side. The immediate next shot and he is slightly in front of her.
Continuity mistake: At the party, Pam is holding the snack tray at shoulder level. When Archer walks up to her, the tray is at her waist.
Continuity mistake: While discussing the bathroom towel situation, Mallory changes position in relation to Cyril, either next to him or further away as the shots change.
