Continuity mistake: When Marik is pointing his Millennium Rod at Tea (who is possessed by the real Marik), there is one shot where his right thumb is hanging over the side of the rod, but when the shot cuts, his right thumb is placed directly on the rod. (00:12:12)

Continuity mistake: When Yugi sees that the Millennium Puzzle is glowing, he grabs ahold of it with his hand. Part of the chain attached to the puzzle can be seen lying on top of it.
