Continuity mistake: When Kesha has posted the video of herself telling viewers that her competition is back on, the bar showing how long is left of the video moves backwards in each shot.
Audio problem: When Tori wins the Kesha contest, when Kesha is singing, you can tell she's lip syncing because when she says "this place about to blow," she is just moving her lips, not singing.
Other mistake: When the gang is trying to find the letters to spell Ke$ha at Tori's house, Robbie decides to go give the extra ice cream to the kids at the park. When he comes back he says that there were kids there with their moms, despite the fact that it is late at night, as we can see out of the window.
Factual error: Tori donates three pints of her blood. There is no way that the hospital would have done this in real life seeing as it takes about eight weeks before a person can actually donate blood again.
Plot hole: When Tori is at Nozu, in the tweet she states that she's using their computer, well, why didn't she use the computer or social media to contact someone at the school to come give her and Robbie $22?
Prom Wrecker - S2-E5
Plot hole: In this episode all the students say Hollywood Arts has never had a prom before. But in the first episode, 'Pilot', Rex says to Cat after she runs out to tell Tori, Robbie, Andre and him that Sikowitz wants them to come back into the classroom, "Just like you wanted a date to the prom last year."
Continuity mistake: When Tori practices for her theater tech exam with Robbie you can see a digital timer counting down, but the count down time suddenly jumps a few seconds back in some shots. Plus Robbie states that Tori's time on her test was twenty-eight seconds, however, in reality, it was forty-eight.
Answer: The Director hated working with Melinda, but knew that her superstar popularity and status would get his movie a big buzz and higher ratings. And the movie was discontinued for a re-audition to fill-in Melinda's leading/major role.
