Corrected entry: Anna is a vampire as well as her mom. It shows flash backs to when her mom was young and friends with Katherine. She was a vampire at that point already. In a few episodes after that it tells us that a baby has to be conceived before a women turns into a vampire. This does not make sense because Anna was conceived after her mom was a vampire.

Continuity mistake: When Caroline is talking to Stefan at the party, her eyes are made up very dark. In the next scene, where she talks to Matt and Amy, her eye make-up is a lot lighter.
Damon Salvatore: I DO believe in killing the messenger. Why? Because it sends a message.
Question: If Katherine/Silas are the ones who killed the hunter, that is Jeremy, why aren't they are cursed with the hunter's curse?
Answer: Silas did mention to Bonnie later that he was so powerful he was able to overcome Jeremy's hunter's curse in minutes.
