Visible crew/equipment: In "Dear Diary" from Series 8, when Barry's plane inspector phones up telling Paul about the plane, the boom mic is reflected in his goggles which are on his forehead.
Magnetic Distraction: Part 1 - S15-E5
Trivia: In the episode "Magnetic Distractions Part 1", when Paul and Barry are in the shop with all the TVs, and Barry keeps accidentally changing the channels, one of the channels he changes to has footage of the boys playing football from the episode "Football Heroes".
