Continuity mistake: When DeWitt talks to Dominic about some of the recent events regarding the Actives, DeWitt's left hand moves from hanging by her side to resting on her hip between shots. (00:03:35)
Visible crew/equipment: After Echo is extracted from the docks, the reflection of a camera rig can be seen on the side of Langton's van. It's within the last few frames of the shot so you may have to pause it to see.
Trivia: In Epitaph II: The Return, Alpha asks Tony, "Why would someone do something so horrible to that face?" He was speaking about the tech on Tony's face, but it was also a reference to season 1 when Alpha sliced up Tony's face with a knife.
