Continuity mistake: At the beginning, when we first see Dee, her tray doesn't have any bottles on it, but in the next shot, she now has at least 2 bottles on the tray (next shot we see 3) from cleaning up that should wouldn't have had time to pick up.
Charlie Goes America All Over Everybody's Ass - S2-E9
Continuity mistake: At the beginning, the position of Dennis holding his cigarette changes between shots. For example, when Dee says "thank you", Dennis is putting the cigarette down, and then in the next shot when Charlie walks in, Dennis has his hand back up and is putting the cigarette down again.
Continuity mistake: When the Flip Flop Kid comes up to Dennis with a soda, it's in his left hand. It then switches to his right hand in the next shot. When he turns away to do his lap, it's in his left hand again.
Continuity mistake: In the waiting room of the hospital, you can see over the shoulder of the woman, and she's reading a magazine, but when the camera angle changes, she's holding a newspaper. It switches back to a magazine in other shots of her.

Continuity mistake: At the beginning when they're making fun of Charlie, Mac is holding the ball against his body. In the next shot he's holding it up in his hand. It switches back and forth Then he's no longer holding the ball.
Chardee MacDennis 2: Electric Boogaloo - S11-E1
Continuity mistake: In the long shot of Frank's flag being raised, it clears the beer mat holder, then we cut to a closer shot and the flag is lower and gets raised up again.
Mac and Dennis Buy a Timeshare - S9-E4
Continuity mistake: When Dee and Charlie find Frank stuck, his arms are in different places depending on the camera angle.
Continuity mistake: The plane that Dee gets onto has winglets and a dark blue/black stripe around it. When seen flying in the next shot, the plane has no winglets and a red stripe.

Continuity mistake: As Dee says "I would like a five with my client" she puts her arm across Dennis' arms. Shot cuts to the side and both her arms are clasped in front of her.

Continuity mistake: The liquid stain on Dennis in the restaurant suddenly becomes much smaller when he offers to pay Mac's tab, then gets larger again as he smiles.

Continuity mistake: When the bus drives off, Charlie is with his hands on his hip and he's holding the empty bag in his left hand. In the next shot, his left hand is by his chest and he's holding the string of the bag and the bag is over his shoulder.

Continuity mistake: When Uncle Jack is filming Bill drink a beer, he is holding it horizontally. When the shot cuts to what the phone sees, the video is shot vertically. When it cuts back to Jack, he's still holding it horizontally. (00:01:06)

Continuity mistake: After Dennis concludes with his presentation, everyone stands up, including Dee. In the next shot, everybody but Dee is standing and Dee is now getting up again. (00:19:24)
Continuity mistake: When Cricket's dad walks away with Tom, Cricket heads towards a wide open door behind Davy. When Davy calls him, he turns around and says "what" and the door is now closed. (00:13:48)
Continuity mistake: Dennis and Charlie drop their cigarettes into a mug on the desk, smoke still billowing. In the next shot, there is no smoke at all. (00:11:28)
