Continuity mistake: When the doctor puts Fred into the trick box you can see that the box is quite small, but after a quick cut to Barney we return to the doctor and the box is much longer.

Continuity mistake: In the dinner scene towards the end of the episode, the dish in front of Fred has very little Chinese food in it, but when Pebbles wants some, we cut back to Fred and more has appeared.

Continuity mistake: When Barney is driving Fred to the doctor after his accident at the bowling centre, you can see that Dino is sitting behind him in his car, but in the shot where Fred says "I don't want to see a doctor!", Dino has disappeared.

Continuity mistake: When Barney shows Fred the ad in the paper about new novelty acts for "The Ed Sullystone Show", the ad says "Apply Bedrock Broadcasting Co" at the bottom. When we see Fred and Barney in the queue with the other applicants, the station is now called "Bedrock Television Company."

Continuity mistake: When Fred tells Wilma that he is giving up inventing for good at the end of the episode, you can see that Betty is sitting next to Wilma on the couch. When we see a close-up of Fred in the next shot, Betty is missing.

Question: At the end of every episode, it shows Fred putting out the sabertooth tiger. Has this animal ever appeared in any of the episodes? If yes, what episodes was it in? If no, then why show Fred putting an animal he doesn't own outside?

Answer: The name of the pet is "Baby Puss." He has appeared in episodes, but only a very few. The first episode was probably "The X-Ray Story" from season 2.
