Continuity mistake: When Fred has a nightmare he drops his pillow on the floor, and just as Wilma gets out of bed to pick it up, Wilma's pillow simply vanishes into thin air mid-shot. (00:13:50)
Fred Flintstone: I love my dear sweet mother in-law. My mother in-law is a doll.
Attendant: Are you feeling all right, mister?
Fred Flintstone: Huh? Yeah. Yeah, I'm okay.
Attendant: Good. Good. You just stay in here and rest. That hot sun out there is a killer.
Fred Flintstone: Poor guy, he must have been standing in it for hours.
Trivia: When dubbed in Spanish (shown on Spanish stations), Fred and Barney's first names were changed to Pedro and Pablo. Wilma became Vilma and Betty remained Betty.
