From Phineas' angle, the camera is only showing the back of his mom's head. However, the big screen above the band shows that the camera angle can see both of his parents' faces.

When Candace raises her head and upper torso out of the cart for a brief moment, she is wearing her usual red dress. But in the next shot, however, she is wearing her white crop-top and dark jeans again.
