A Passage for Trumpet - S1-E32

Audio problem: When Joey steps in front of the truck, a lady screams and it shows a close-up of her face. It pans out to a wider shot and for a moment, you can still hear the scream, but the woman's mouth is closed.

The Last Flight - S1-E18

Factual error: Decker is flying a Nieuport 28, which entered service in early 1918. However, the date is supposed to be March 5, 1917. Furthermore, the Nieuport was a French-built aircraft that was flown by the French and Americans but not the Royal Flying Corps.

Judgment Night - S1-E10

Revealing mistake: When Lanser goes below deck frantically trying to find people and tell them to leave the ship, when he opens the door at end of the corridor, it's a bit too obvious that the hallway behind that door is nothing more then just a painting.

Where is Everybody? - S1-E1

The Monsters are Due on Maple Street - S1-E22

Plot hole: The street sign in the beginning is all wrong: it faces the camera rather than the street where the story takes place. In a typical American city, street signs are almost always placed in the direction of the street they are indicating, so drivers on the other street in the intersection know what they are turning onto or passing. In other words, the story is not set on Maple Street! Maple Street is the intersecting street at the end of the road the story is set on.

The Last Flight - S1-E18

Continuity mistake: When Decker first exits the aircraft, there is a jeep immediately behind it, a service truck behind the jeep, and a USAF F-100 Super Sabre jet in the background. However, when Maj Wilson escorts him away from the plane, the service truck is gone and the F-100 has been replaced with a large transport aircraft.

The Hitch-Hiker - S1-E16

Continuity mistake: After Nan sees Hitch-Hiker for first time and she starts speeding away, she has clear road both in front and behind her. But just seconds ago, a mechanic told her to follow him to his shop so he could change her tire. Where did he go?

mirtom

The Lonely - S1-E7

Factual error: Corey is in solitary confinement on an asteroid. However, asteroids are neither large enough nor stable enough to hold an atmosphere. In addition, the distance from earth stated in the episode wouldn't be much further than the moon; there are no asteroids in a stable, regular orbit around the the moon or the earth, nor around the sun anywhere that close to earth.

Where is Everybody? - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: When Ferris enters the cafe and announces they have a customer, he still has the stick in his right hand. He lays the stick on the counter as he begins to climb across. As the camera pans, and then back as he gets on the counter, a menu is now covering the stick.

The Lonely - S1-E7

Other mistake: The supply crew arrives at the asteroid every 3 months, as established by the dialogue between Corry and the astronauts who bring him the female robot. However, Corry's narration reveals that he has been living with the robot for 11 months when the next supply ship arrives.

The Obsolete Man - S2-E29

[A bomb in Wadsworth's room is seconds from going off, causing the Chancellor to panic].
Chancellor: Please, please let me out. In the name of God, let me out. Let me out! Let me out!
Wadsworth: Yes, Chancellor. In the name of God, I will let you out.
