But the bills they receive all have the same pattern printed on both sides, a pattern which which doesn't resemble any real US currency. Revealing mistake: Dingle lifts the bar bully over his head and twirls him around. But The Dummy used to achieve this effect has a distinctly lifeless, plastic face, and more than once, the wires suspending it are visible. (00:18:00)
Revealing mistake: The sky behind the hanging scene at the end has several prominent wrinkles in it, betraying the fact that it's not a sky, but a cloth backdrop. In some shots, you can also see shadows on the cloth. (00:19:00)
Revealing mistake: In the boarding house hallway, Ed yanks the pay phone's receiver off the hook - and the entire wall to which the phone is attached wobbles. (00:11:00)
Nightmare at 20,000 Feet - S5-E3
Revealing mistake: At one point, when the gremlin is about to rip open part of the engine, you can see he has a white sole on his foot, part of the costume.
Revealing mistake: At the end, though Williams is shot multiple times (by several rifles, no less), there's not a drop of blood on him and no holes in his clothes. Also, his "corpse" is visibly breathing. He's clearly meant to be dead, so the fact that he's an alien with healing powers does not explain why he's still breathing - or why the bullets left no holes or blood on his clothes. (00:22:30)

Revealing mistake: When Finchley smashes the TV, the screen image stays visible for a short time after the screen is broken, revealing that the screen's image was superimposed.
Mr. Garrity and the Graves - S5-E32
Revealing mistake: When the town's people are waiting for Garrity's arrival at midnight, we hear an old clock informing everybody it is midnight and they all turn around to see. But look at the time on the clock - you can quite clearly see that it is actually five minutes till 6 o'clock.
Hocus-Pocus and Frisby - S3-E30
Revealing mistake: Make-up for the space aliens was apparently changed after the closing scene in the store was shot and before any footage of the aliens' "true appearance" was actually taken. This resulted in Frisby, who is now telling the truth and finding no one to believe him, saying that the aliens had a single eye in their foreheads, when in fact, the aliens each had two eyes, in the traditional location. Revealing mistake: After Bartlett Finchley escapes from the menacing electric razor, his car confronts him outside. When Finchley's car chases after him, there's nothing attached to the Lagonda, but when the car slams through the wood fence and into the wall of boxes, there's a full grille guard mounted to its front. Then the grille guard promptly vanishes. (00:20:30)

Revealing mistake: When the camera is in a close up on Feathersmith's face, you can see the line of the skin wig he wore to be older.
The Four of Us are Dying - S1-E13
Revealing mistake: As the men walk out of the alley, the block continues ahead of them. You can see it's a painted background.
The Rip Van Winkle Caper - S2-E24
Revealing mistake: The suspension machines are nothing more than large terrariums, there doesn't seem to be any electronics or piping or machinery of any kind attached to them.
A Thing About Machines - S2-E4
Revealing mistake: When the car is approaching the pool to push the man into the water, the tires tracks are visible in the grass, showing that the car had already made that trip. Either tracks from an earlier take, or the scene was filmed and then played in reverse, to be safe for the actor.

Revealing mistake: When the camera is in close up on Feathersmith, the line of the skin wig is clear.

Revealing mistake: As the Venutian asks the Martian to play music, the edges of the fake skin around the third eye is visible.
Revealing mistake: When Jimbo lifts the bed up using his mind, you can see the cables pulling it up.
